Currently the the jungle aqua park and cannot fault it. Hotel is fantastic , spotless and can’t honestly say a bad word about it . Amazing experience , great food , bars , pool everywhere clean. The staff are also the most helpful u will find, each and every member of the entertainment team and just marvellous and so amazing at what they do special thank yous to ladushka , Camille, Mahmoud and coco each and everyone go out there way to help you. I would defo be back here and have already recommend this hotel to others

The hotel staff checked us in very quickly and efficiently with no hassle. We was upgraded aswell without asking which was nice The restraunt s all serve different food and allow you go into different ones with your food. The amination team also engage with all the customers and go out their way to speak English I bonded really well with ladushka who went out her way to always engage and speak to us aswell as Mahloud

We met all the animation team and had an absolute blast with Camilla, lada, mahmoud, Coco, and the team! They came round every day encouraging us to get involved in the daily activities, and getting everyone involved. Rooms were clean and spacious and in a really nice location near the water park, Food was delicious with lots of variety. Mo'men the loveholidays rep was great aswell, answered all of our questions. Reception was quick to get us checked in and everything went smoothly. Will be coming back when the resort reopens as Neverland.

This was the first time I came to jungle with my family, we had a lot of fun andMy family enjoyed they like to enjoy during the day while with the animation team I was playing all day too and i love to lose in volleyball. The food is very tasty You have lovely place

Didn't have a good start to the holiday. Reception taking ages to sort out the rooms. Told us the booking was wrong and we had extra people. After few back and fort finally managed to show the booking was right. For all the confusion they did upgrade our rooms. Overall the service was spot on. Daily room been cleaned. Asking for drinks order soon as we sit down. It can be hard to find breakfast seats if you get there late. Lunch and dinner was saved by L’ASIATIQUE. Food was little bit spicy just the way I like it. Rest of the other restaurant unfortunately very bland food. Majority of the food seem like low on seasoning. The bars were good. I don't drink alcohol but good selection of mocktails and hot drinks. The fizz drink are little bit watered down. Kids club was a lifesaver. The variety of activity during the week was good. The kids made good use of it. Only slight downer is extra charges for some of the activity's. The waterpark is great variety of slides. Only in may it can be slightly cold due to wind. Special shout out to Abdel rahman (Catering team number 1) and ahmed golam house keeper. I was shocked when they wont accept my tip and just happy to help.
