Best week’s holiday in the most wonderful resort

This hotel is brilliant. The grounds are beautiful, there are four different beaches, the sea is crystal clear and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is great, loads of variety at the buffet and lots of choice of a la carte restaurants too, Yades Greek restaurant in particular was excellent. Bar servings are generous and the cocktail menu is delicious. Everything has been meticulously thought out to make sure guests have the best possible experience - well placed showers, comfy sun loungers, loads of bars! The best thing about this hotel though, is the staff. The animation team are tireless in their efforts to keep guests entertained and whoever is in charge of the evening schedule does a truly wonderful job. Everyone, everywhere, was friendly and warm and really looked after us. Special mentions to Khalled at Yades, Mohammed at the pizza bar, Abd Allah and Sayed in the main restaurant- thank you so much for a wonderful week. If you’re after a relaxing week in the sun, with a bit of partying thrown in, you couldn’t ask for a better hotel.

Mostafa is really helpful and he made so many coctails specially for me and he was always ready to help no matter, what questions i had. Thank you Meraki and Mostafa!

Food options were great, all inclusive. Multiple places to choose from. Rooms were nice, really liked the lighting. Large resort with plenty of things to do. Staff was great as well, realy helpful and friendly, constantly cracking jokes and doing their best for you to have a great time. Definitely stop by at the Utopia beach bar and greet Mostafa. Truly sincere guy who will do his best to serve you with great drinks and have a good chat with.
Great staff, great food, great hotel but let down by evening entertainment/music and other guests

I have just returned from a 2 week holiday with 3 friends. All Enlish, female and in our 50s. (Please note there were only a dozen or so English in the hotel throughout the duration of our holiday) Firstly I would like to say how amazing the staff were. They truly were exceptional providing a friendy, welcoming and efficient service. Special thanks to Abd Allah in The Munchery, Mustafa at the Utopia bar, Monty and Sonny at the Lobby Bar, Ahmed at the Wellness Centre and the guys at Yades, The Pizzeria and The Asian the entertainment team were great too and we enjoyed the morning yoga sessions The food has been delicious and we were fortunate to be able to eat in one if the A La Carte Restaurants each evening. I can truly say that the staff at this hotel were some of the best I've ever come across. However, would we return to the hotel? Probably not. The main reason being is the entertainment at night and in the afternoons. There were different themes. White party, flower power party, vibe party, pool party etc..... but literally the music was exactly the same electro techno music. There was no distinguishing between each song either and no evening shows. We understand that we were older than the age range the hotel are now aiming, but the majority if guests were 40/60 years old. The hotel looks amazing and we loved the boo hoo decor but the music just didn't work. In our opinion playing reggae music would suit the hotel theme much better a d be so much more enjoyable to listen too. Having music that guests could identify would be good too. The second thing that failed this hotel for us was their use of plastic. In other hotels I have visited throughout Egypt, Cuba and Europe they have used reusable plastic cups or paper cups around the pool and on the beach and glasses in the evening. But Meraki use disposable plastic cups everywhere apart from in the A la Carte Restaurants. These are not nice to drink from and are horrendous for the environment. After a few days we visited a local supermarket and bought our own glasses to drink out of! Finally, I would like to say how upset we were to see how rude and ignorant some guests were to the staff and other guests. Being English we always say please and thank you, we always smile and always talk to the staff We met some lovely guests from Germany, Holland France and Portugal and they all said the same. At times we felt intimidated by the Russisn guests. Their drinking started at 10am and they didn't seem to stop. Despite the hotel stating no boom boxes etc, they played their music loudly throughout the hotel, never engaging with staff abd definitely not considering other guests. The bar shut at midnight but that didn't stop them. We were early risers a d at the beach by 730am and spirit bottles and plastic cups were left on the beach and around the hotel fir the staff to clean up. To summarise. Cleanliness .... 5 🌟 Staff ..... 5 🌟 Food ..... 5 🌟 Massages....5 star 🌟 Daytime entertainment .... 5 star 🌟 Evening entertainment/music ..... 2 🌟 Environmentally friendly ....... 1 🌟

My room was fantastic, very good location, the house keeping guy was very polite, cleaning room very well. The food was very tasty, various of choices,- during 1 week i even haven't tried all😅 The beach clean, you can choose from few of it, bartender very cool 😉 Kaljan tent is something amazing, so magic atmosphere, nice, very cozy interior, hosty guy Mohamed working there. If you used to go sleep early, it can be a bit complicated, because you can hear music very clear at night😉 What i didn't liked is SPA,- not cozy and relaxing at all🤫 Overall, thanks to hotel for nice staying😁
