We had a wonderful week in here, first holiday abroad since the covid pandemic has started. Our room was very large and spotless. Very polite staff who couldn’t do enough for us. The pool bar was a hit. We can’t wait to go back and we’ve recommended it to others as well. Thank you for a great stay guys.

Firstly we booked the hol through " on the beach " who I would never use again. They are remote to contact outside the sales/booking process & charge £20 admin fees for changes that you can do directly with the airline/hotel. The Sheraton is classified as being 5 star, certainly the staff are & exemplary in their willingness to please, even at the end of a busy season. Location in terms of views from the sea view rooms/suited is excellent, but downside is that it requires walking 1 kilometre in either direction to find bars, or taxis. Entertainment & Daytime activities provided by the hotel ended 2 weeks before their closing date. The range of food was OK, but usual problems of keeping things fresh, whilst serving the numbers existed. Also only one very slow toaster available for breakfast. The a la carte restaurant however is excellent & worth a visit. Drinks overall & poolside food are expensive & not conducive to utilising the bar after evening meal, or indulging in wine with meals. The management responded to concerns quickly & efficiently. Overall the staff make the hotel & are a credit to the company, cleanliness is of a high standard also.

Just back from our first holiday since Covid and our first visit to Rhodes. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay sea view room, amazing sunsets. All staff very friendly and helpful. However I would like to mention Lista in restaurant, always welcomed you with a smile, exceptionally efficient, remembered how you liked your hot water served in flask rather than tea pot, these little things make all the difference. Hope to return again.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful week in Rhodes and at the Sheraton. Our room. Was excellent - very big with a very comfortable bed lots of cupboard space and a balcony facing the sea. Staff were friendly and professional. The pool area is very nice and the pool bar was a hit. In short we want to return

birthday weekend for mom. hotel provided upgraded room with amazing sea view and surprised us on big day with lovely bday cake and song. thank you! room nicely equipped, every day 2 bottles of water. we took half board and very pleased with food and great service. location of hotel perfect. highly recommend 1hr walk to rhodes Town. beautiful paved walk path on seaside all the way to town. otherwise bus stop directly in front of hotel will take you easily into town. loved pool and beach lounge chairs., very comfortable. no complaints, excellent relaxing vacation. only wished for outdoor jacuzzi . thanks again to all staff from front desk service, dining room waitresses and cleaning staff (hotel very very clean). service outstanding.! room spacious and comfortable. location splendid!
