We have stayed here numerous times and am not sure if we will again. The rooms need some updating. There was rust around the tub and the corner of the bathroom behind the door was filthy. The carpet was bunched up in places. The bed was comfy. The lights were very dim in both the bedroom and bathroom. Their breakfast has always been good, but it was very limited and the eggs were cold.

Excellent hot breakfast with eggs sausage waffles toast cereals etc. Comfy quiet sleep. Had ample room in the king Enjoyed our stay no restaurant nearby so ate in town beforehand. Staff very friendly. Checking in not the fastest but checking out was.

Wonderful place, clean and friendly staff. Close to town and major highway Room was spacious and very clean. Fridge, microwave , safe, ironing board. Great breakfast area. Gas station right across the street. Would definitely come here again.

Very nice overnight stay

We stayed here one night before going into Yellowstone NP for a few days. The hotel is very convenient from I-15 but a bit away from the center of Idaho Falls (definitely need to get back in the car for food). Everything about our room and our stay way good, and I'd definitely stay again if the opportunity comes up to return to the area.

This was a nice place to stay. Room was quiet and clean. Beds were good. Wifi was good. Breakfast was good. I prefer dealing directly with motel front desks for reservations, but I somehow got a very polite gentleman from India(?). I could barely understand him. He tried and tried to sell me extra stuff, but I insisted all I wanted was to make a simple reservation. I spelled our simple name to him at least three (3) times and I spelled out our email address at least two (2) times. The man was extremely polite. Finally, we made a reservation at a decent rate. He said he'd email us with a Confirmation Number. By this time I was hesitant that we did truly have a reservation, so asked him to tell me the Confirmation Number. When we did arrive at the motel, the assistant manager could not find our name. Luckily I had written down the Confirmation Number when the overly polite man gave it to me. Little by little the Assistant Manager put all the pieces together. The polite man not only spelled our name wrong, he'd entered our email address incorrectly, and signed us up to the company's awards plan, as well. BUT, I have to hand it to Sleep Inn's Assistant General Manager!!! She said higher summer rates had just started, but that she would honor the price given us by that overly polite reservations clerk (whoever he was). Sleep Inn should be very proud of this Assistant General Manager. I did not write her name down, but she is the reason we will return to Sleep Inn and Suites.
