Breakfast was poor. Pancake batter always empty. Juice machine not working one morning and they had no substitute pictures of juice. Staff was never on hand not for breakfast and they are not seen at the check-in. you have to ring a bell when they come out and then they look like you’ve put them out.

Entry shoveled and salted Room impeccably cleaned. Beds comfortable. Kitchen area fully stocked with needed supplies Comfortable room seating. Dog accommodations were good. Everything in common areas was very clean. Breakfast tasty. Management friendly Great experience

Needing a little getaway we chose to stay in Bridgeport since it was close enough for shopping and state parks! I cannot say enough good things about our stay here. The rooms were very clean and the staff was more than accommodating. They provided a pack and play for our baby, extra towels and sheets. The breakfast was hot and the 24 hour coffee was an added bonus. My kids made a best friend in the staff, Sergio, who always took time to acknowledge and play with them in the lobby. They have definitely made an impression and we will always choose Hawthorn for our future stays!

No one cleaned the room for our entire 7 day/6 night stay. Only once when I requested it. I had to go dowbstairs from the 4th floor at least 7x for multiple things like trash bags, towels, sheets/blankets, and toilet paper. Even had to walk through the hotel with a plunger at one point. No offered once to bring anything up to us. We thought being on vacation would be a little more enjoyable. Next time we will be staying somewhere else.

My husband and I had our house being renovated and we had to leave for a few weeks to have room for all the work being done. I listened to a friend's recommendation for this hotel, glad I listened! It truly was a home away from home! We didn't know about the breakfasts but so glad for them! Plus, 24 hour coffee station was my favorite! Clean rooms, hard working staff and little kitchen made it a wonderful time!
