Great location just a few minutes from the M5 J24. A lot of parking but it does get busy. Rooms are to their usual high standard. In this case, a walk in shower which is perfect. A decent evening meal menu. I plumped for the Pepperoni pizza. Hotter and spicier than the usual franchise pizzas. Great breakfast selection and the front of house staff are ALL friendly and really helpful! I will always try t stay here when in the area!

Travelled up for the carnival. Hotel was fully booked so willing to be patient. Having had a call to explain that the road would close at 5pm we arrived very early expecting to be told we would have to wait, room was ready and an excellent receptionist explained that breakfast was in time slots as they would be busy. Had meal in bar which was very fast and well cooked, staff all cheery and happy. Next morning breakfast was working really well, same staff still smiling and helpful. Food excellent and good variety, even cooked option which was unexpected. Overall fantastic stay, many thanks to the excellent staff.

When we arrived at the hotel our room was cleaned ready. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The room had an ensuite shower which was very clean and comfortable. There was a large flat screen TV and free WiFi, with coffee and tea making facilities in the room too. Towels were changed every day and our bed made up for us. The breakfast was buffet style and there was sufficient seating available in the large dining area. The is also a comfortable lounge rest area at the entrance to the reception and dining area. Another perk is that it's possible to get drinks and snacks 24 hours.

Room 222 was a very lovely stay and my only complaint is the breakfast site plates so too small definitely be back soon

Amazing time at the lovely holiday inn definitely be back soon at this wonderful holiday inn but expect from the small plates at breakfast they were too small they need bigger plates and definitely having a lovely and delicious breakfast again

Friendly staff. Andrew on the desk was friendly and helpful. Made us feel welcome. Room was clean and comfortable. Big screen smart TV which I could plug my phone into which was brilliant. Bathroom was clean and with a powerful shower. I liked the Dove handwash. USB plug sockets by either side of the bed. Air conditioning was bliss. Comfy bed. Such a well thought out hotel and would highly recommend.
