Could be better, but it wasn't

Good location, large room and acceptable clean. But that is it. The rest.... unfriendly personnel, limited services, nothing to cover the floor. But the worse is personnel attitude: totally unfriendly and careless wit the guests. The breakfast was a mockery. At the end I had to cut my stay short with one day and they simply refused to return the money.

Bad place

Business trip for 3 nights, I had to stay here since all the hotels around was sold out. Considering that this trip was during Covid 19 pandemy, I was expecting to get the room clean. I used my own sanitizing stuff and I was surprised to see that the desk, the bed side, etc was dirty! basically I cleaned them. I could not open my window since outside was full of spiders and spiders nets...not cleaned since months The sink is unusable, is o small that if you try to wash your face is not enough space to get your head above it, so half of water is going on the floor The shower is OK, but there is no soap support, basically you have to put the soap on the shower floor! All these for a cost of 120 EURO /night

Business Hotel

the hotel was OK, but not as pleasant as I felt it should be. The staff was great and very welcoming. But the hotel rooms were not very clean, incl. bathrooms. There were used materials still in the shower (from former guest), sand on the floor (so no vaccum cleaning), some nasty stains on the glass door of the bathroom,... The bed sheets were new and fresh, but overall it was smelling on the corridors and in the room. Air condition worked and was cool. The breakfast was OK, but did not had a lot of selection available. Food in the restaurant was great!

Its OK for business

Reviewed 30 january, 2020

I paid approx €100 per night including breakfast. We were here on business and needed to get to and from the port, which was fine and was about a 20 min drive away. We paid €12 a night extra for Breakfast - I didn't feel that this was worth it. However, not sure where else you could get food from? I believe there was a supermarket across the road. The downstairs area of the hotel was lovely and very nicely furnished. Rooms were OK but basic. Small bathroom, good powerful shower, thin towels. Had single beds in the room I stayed in. Walls are thin. AMAZING fire place in reception! Staff were very helpful at Breakfast when I couldn't find the English tea !!

Excellent highky recommend

Used often on work trips. Bar and restaurant are excellent as are the staff and housekeeping. Book early during holiday periods as it is often full. The walled city of Brielle is very close, walking distance really, and definitely worth a visit. Being outside of the city, the hotel is very convenient for parking and access to motorways for moving about if need be. All in all one of my favourite places when travelling and will highly recommend.
