I was with two friends. Very beautiful decoration with Indian ornaments. Wi-Fi free. The breakfast is not bad but could be more complete. Great location close to restaurants and bars. Good for beach walks and bike rides.

This place is quite calm and the view from the pool is just great, you fell so peaceful and you can go by walking to a lot of restaurants, just be careful to bring repelent cause IlhaBela is plenty of insects, because of the tropical weather.

Old youthhostel with a little bit musty rooms

Hotel used to be a youth hostel and was recenty transformed into a hotel. Compound itsselfe is nice, pool is very small but offers a nice view on the beach. The main issue is that we did not really feel comfortable in the room. It somehow had a granny charme and everything was musty and a little bit smelly like a wet pillow. (e.g. bed sheets/blanked has blossom prints on it). Furhtermore it was not really clean and you found hair and dust in the living room as well as in the bathroom. Room service was not done at one day. View out of the balcony was fine. Aircondition was blowing directly on you and was squeaking. Our room faced to the sea but also to the street and it was noisy in the morning. Breakfast was not our taste. Saussage and cheese was cooled down with plastic ice cubes on top of it. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. English speaking. OK, it is clear that we did not book a five star hotel but the cleanliness and the musty smell also does not has to be in a lower star hotel. Price was OK.

Very good hostel!

I stayed there for three nights with some friends and it was good! Very easy to arrive even walking from the ferry, the breakfast was very tasty and the place good decorated. For the price you won't find anything better in Ilhabela. The bathroom could be a bit cleaner, though

I've been there with my boyfriend, all I can say is that the pousada is very lovely, well decorated, clean and the staff very friendly and polite with us. Good breakfast. The only "negative" point was we had to pay an extra 53 BRL at check-out for "service charges" never mentioned before.
