Ibis Hotels are normally very dependable in terms of standards. This one is above the average. The rooms are bigger and it is modern and has a clean feeling about it. Two things I did not appreciate. There was no hot water. There was a note of apology in the lift about this but you don't expect it to happen in a large chain of hotels. Secondly, I checked in on line before arriving which I thought was an excellent novelty. However, the guy who arrived with me at 01h45 hadn't so I had to wait just the same. The room was perfectly adequate and the breakfast reasonable. One piece of advice, the Ibis beer is good but not worth paying 15 reais.

Very good hotel. I'm novotel customer and knew the group. Unfortunately, the bad of Ibis: I'm waiting the invoice of 12.05 check out. The employee said will send by mail and not received yet. So, can't consider excellent.

This way a pleasant stay at a nice Ibis, room was ok and all, but find it disgusting that for an Ibis costumer, it still takes 30 minutes to check in, unbelievable. They have none of my information at all in their data base. You would think we were still in the 70s.

No frills. The bed is clean, the shower works, there is a breakfast buffet and a dinner buffet as well. What more could you ask for? This Ibis hotel is on par with other Ibis hotels worldwide. The room is stark and very minimal in furnishings, but well cared for. You get what you pay for.

Hotel is great for traveling to business, the location is very good. Great care of the employees , but the restaurant needs to improve the menu. Parking is paid , unlike some hotels IBIS network that is not charged.
