Stayed there for 2 nights at 113.99 plus tax. Credit card statement showed $711.23. When I called I was told that the room should have been more expensive the second night because it was a football weekend. They wouldn't budge. Beware!!

Hotel was fine, very disapointed though in the follow up of a billing error. I have called every day for week with a “promise” from the front desk the manager will credit back my double bill and email me confirmation. That has yet to happen. We prepaid on Priceline, be careful if you prepay and watch your charges!

Great hotel. Front desk people were nice. Fabulous exercise room with equipment that is clean and works. Room had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. This was our second stay here and we'll return if/when we're in the area. It's convenient to I69, too.

Front desk clerk this past friday very rude needs to be fired. I am channel 13 news and reporting this taking advantage.

A friend rented a room for 3 nights we were homeless then the fourth day I paid 170.00 then I checked and charged 198.00 the clerk chased me down in the parking demanding to call my bank for a balance called me a liar in front of guest she was horrible this happened this past friday she needs to be fired actually. I am asking for a refund poor guest service. My name is Ruthann I was in 208 Mon-Friday awful guest service. Then she double charged us she lied to me said my card was denied no it wasnt. You can get ahold of through Lori or Laura sales rep I want a refund .

Nothing special and nothing wrong. Light staffed it seems but room ready and clean. Locale was perfect for visit to area and plenty of options for eats/drinks and things to do nearby. Would stay here again if in area.
