Radisson should be embarrassed to have their stamp of approval on this place
Booked through Radisson at a discounted rate months ago. First impression was the lack of someone to handle check in for a good 5 minutes. They were in a back room. I pointed out the lower current rate than the original booking rate and the worker could really care less. When I first entered there was a bug spray type chemical smell that hit me.... Didn't think too much of it. Smell was present in our room. Waited till later in the evening when we returned to our room to decide to simply cancel the rest of the weeklong stay and go across the street, where the cleanliness was obvious just walking down a hall.... 3rd floor almost appeared to have a haze in it... with the odor of something being smoked.... or fruity smelling spray covering smoke smell.... In today's pandemic situation.... Having a hotel that appears dirty, has dirty common areas... Should be just unacceptable. Only rode the elevator when absolutely necessary. Does not appear to have been wiped down or sanitized in a while. Overall, if you are looking for somewhere to sleep, and not too concerned with cleanliness, or COVID for that matter.... Guess this fits the bill... If expecting good service, and a safe environment. Go elsewhere. Was not there for the morning "limited breakfast" But, after reading some other reviews.... I would not be surprised if the over ripe banana behind the front desk was offered.

This hotel is one of my top choices when I’m in Indianapolis.. Great management and a great staff.. It’s hard to find great hotels for an affordable rate these days and I found both with this particular hotel. Highly recommended!
Not worth the money
If you want cleanliness, this is not a place to stay. If you want a quick place to lay your head because you are too drunk to drive home from visiting the Mucky Duck.. then this is your place. Not clean... Definitely not Covid-19 clean.
The room was good, "breakfast" was an apple
Overall it was fine. We stopped here on the way for a longer trip. We were told they had a "limited breakfast." Upon arrival, we were told they had "mixed fruit," which turned out to be one apple per person when we went for it. We were also offered a cup of coffee. It was ok for one night, but I wouldn't seek this place out.
Exceptional Service
We were here for a funeral and the manager and staff went way above and beyond to make our family feel welcome. They made us feel like we were part of their family. The hotel is clean and following all safety guidelines. Highly reccomend you stay here!
