Very easy to get to from I 65 and 465. Not that far from the airport for dropping off or picking up people. So many places to eat that can be walked to (fast food, indoor dining). Good customer service. Very nice room, convenient microwave dinners offered and fresh food, for those who may be too tired to go out to eat, like the business men who were coming in. This will be our place when we need to do something in Indianapolis.

Miss Jackson is exactly as described. Genuine, efficient, friendly, patient…a wonderful welcome to weary travellers. Hotel is in a terrific location. Ate next door at Texas Roadhouse. Comfortable beds, spacious and clean rooms and nice amenities. Tons of kids at the hotel due to local sports tournaments, but did not impact our overnight stay. Breakfast was great too.

I spoke with Miss Jackson on the phone today with questions about my reservation. She was very kind and very helpful. It seems rare these days to find someone like Miss Jackson. I hope the Hampton Inn knows what a benefit she is to your company and what as blessing she is to travelers! Her kindness made my day!

We were greeted by Miss Jackson who went out of her way to accomodate us. She corrected a mistake on our room size right away and was the most friendly receptionist I have ever encountered. Don't let her go! Breakfast was very good and hot. Would definitely stay here again.

Miss Jackson was excellent! She was so nice and accommodating a very nice asset to your company! She went over and above to make us feel welcome and was sure we had everything we needed every day. Love her I would definitely come back
