bugs, stains, and no refunds oh my

this place looks nice from the outside... inside is gross AF the staff is good, and helpful, seems like management is just letting the place implode. the carpet in the lobby heading to the elevator is heavily stained the hall ways smell of pot the room had bugs (looked like baby roaches to me). and they would not issue a refund when i didnt want to stay another night.

Worst Place Ever - DO NOT STAY HERE

DO NOT STAY!!! upon checking into the hotel, all you could smell was WEED. The lobby, the hallways, and the elevator. we get to our room and it smelled of mold and the connecting door was broken. after sitting on the bed for only moments, the cockroaches started crawling all over the walls. I smashed at least 5 before I couldn't take it any longer. We left after only being there maybe 10 minutes. Went down to the lobby and spoke with Korey and explained we were leaving and asked for documentation or something so we could ask for a refund from Priceline and Chase travel (booked 2 nights, 1 with each service). He said there is nothing I can give you but my name, but assured me that we would be refunded. I have gotten a refund from Priceline, but nothing from Chase Travel Yet as they said they have been unable to reach anyone. If I could give ZERO stars I would but they get 1 star due to Korey's positive attitude and helpfulness. Ended up staying down the road at Hyatt House and that was was beyond fabulous!!!!

It’s embarrassing to say that I honestly haven’t stayed at a more disgusting hotel in my entire life. You should be ashamed to have this as a Wyndham property. That’s NOT the brand you want representing you. Dirty floors, carpet squares caused a trip hazard, boogers and mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, cold shower, some kind of splatter residue on the wall, stained sheets, lamp shades you would see on the street with a free sign on it. I needed to take a shower to clean the funk off of me from This stay! This should be a homeless shelter vs. A hotel you have people paying for!

Will stay there again ac was not blowing right filter was dirty woke up with a sore throat and voice was gone and kids were coughing it was very stuffy the hallway walls were dirty and smell like smoke wouldn’t stay there ever again

Don't let the advertising photos decieve you and check out the reviews! We stayed for just one night (7 hours total), after our flight was delayed for 4 hours. We really just needed a place to eat, sleep and shower as we went on to our next adventure. The bed was clean and warm, and the shower had hot water. But that's about all the good things from this hotel, unfortunately. Room was tidy but dusty, and the pictures of the bathroom speak for themselves... Front desk man at 5 AM was distracted, and was taking a customer on the phone while signing me in. Handed me a paper without telling me what it even was and got flustered when I was filling out info on said paper instead of just signing. Breakfast was average: scrambbled eggs, small sausage patties and toast, 4 different juices, coffee, tea, instant oatmeal/hot cocoa, and cereal. Tables are at the lobby with an obnoxiously loud TV, very unpleasant. Whole decor of the hotel is brown and beige, making it very dark and unappealing. I wouldn't want to have stayed there for longer than one night. If you're looking for a quick stay, do it. It was the cheapest available by a few dollars, and under 10mins from the airport. Free shuttle service available from 7am to 11pm.
