I was there with my daughter from 9/27/2021-9/30/2021- my daughter and I were returning from paragliding when while walking through the lobby the concierge yelled at us to stop and then demanded "Where are you going?" When we replied 'our room' the look on his face was shock. He wasn't even astute enough to apologize for his error. This was not a situation where he spoke loudly to get our attention, he yelled at us as if we were vandals running through the hotel. The hotel is beautiful and I am sure it was at one time a grand place to visit, which was why were excited to stay. However, based on this experience, it is no longer a place of grandeur and luxury but a place of rudeness. There are many other hotels in Interlaken and I would say it's not worth the cost to stay here. As the saying goes 'it takes only one bad apple'. The other employees were pleasant, especially at the reception desk, but this one person has insured that not only would I never go back, but I will never recommend it to anyone.

The views were fantastic. Everything was too notch except the customer service, I felt the people at the concierge & reception were not that welcoming. I felt scared each time asking them for something. But the stay was comfortable and the views and the rooms- most definitely worth it.

Amazing historic hotel with so much character and beautiful rooms! Our room was quiet and well appointed! We loved the location! The bed was awesome! We liked the different types of pillows and the extras in our room! The hotel public rooms were beyond beautiful! Old world charm and the stunning ceilings and molding was beautiful to see! Great food too! The staff incredibly nice and helpful!

I was on my Switzerland tour and stopped in Lucerne, Geneva, Zurich and only stayed in the best 5 star hotels there. We had to continue our adventure and go to Interlakken, where we decided to continue our 5 star adventure. We did not have a room and showed up to Jungfrau and were greeted by the Greats Patrick and JP. I have to say that these two were the best people and energy and service I have experienced in all my travels, and I've been to Dubai, France, USA, everywhere. JP and Patrick were a delight! They helped to secure a great room for us and were extremely accommodating and energetic and just great, good energy. I would come back to this hotel just because of JP and Patrick as they were the best- very respectful and extremely nice and helpful with direction and things to do- just genuine! The Room and the hotel itself is also stunning. Breakfast buffet is awesome, staff there is also so warm and nice. Had a fantastic stay, enjoyed the beautiful views of paragliders against the swiss alps while having coffee and enjoyed the beauty of the mountaintops from our room. Would definitely recommend and will come back often!

Utterly reviving stay including luxurious spa treatment - from the moment we arrived, we were looked after. Subtle but rigorous Covid prevention meant that we felt safe at all times. Staff in the spa were truly expert, although the spa was a lot larger than I had imagined and it would've been a lovely visit even without the (excellent but pricy) body massage.
