Nothing spectacular but good enough for what I needed, I was there only one night and it was in a convenient location for me. The check in and check out was quick. It's good they speak English in the front desk.
The worst experience I have ever had in a hotel
I went to Irapuato for work, long 4 hrs drive, when I arrived they gave us the key to access to the room and oh surprise someone was already there watching the tv, I went downstairs to ask what happened and they just said sorry let me give you a new room, well I went once again with all my luggage to my room and the room was taken again and all messy, thanks god no one was there this time. The manager just offer an apology and send someone to check if this time they got it right, and they did!! I can't believe this could happen in hotel, the food also was a mistake, the same staff that was mopping the floor took the food to the room and did everything. Don´t you ever stay at this hotel, because the experience will be awful and your safety would be at risk,
Dorm Rooms
I stayed here for a couple of nights while the Holiday Inn Express was booked full.The rooms are basic,no dresser, no night stands with drawers, no in room coffee or safe.Just as basic room as you could have.There is also no laundry facilities to do your own laundry.I checked out after 2 days and returned to the Holiday Inn express right across the street.

Buena ubicacion con bonita vista, ademas de buena atencion a clientes, tanto en servicio a la habitacion como en el desayuno y por supuesto buena hijiene, con gusto lo recomendaria a familiares y amigos
Muy bien en general
En general me parece bien el servicio que prestan esta cadena de hoteles, de hecho me he hospedado en esta cadena en varias ciudades y el servicio se mantiene igual, bueno, quizás lo único que recomendaría es un poco de mas variedad en los alimentos, sin embargo no quiero decir que estén mal.
