Veronica, Jessie, Kaysee, and Jordan at the breakfast bar were great. They were the staff I saw everyday and they would always greet us and were always helpful while keeping the food plentiful. As for the room, I was in the studio, the kitchen was a useful size to make dinner for two. Enough space lounge around and it was nice the tv base can rotate so you can watch TV from the couch or the bed. Bed was a gentle softness without being too soft.

We've been staying at this hotel for over 2 months now and have watched all the housekeepers clean our room. Overall, we were pleased with the service we received and didn't expect very much after staying in numerous other hotels over the summer before coming here. We will be telling the leadership here how impressed we were when we saw Lucina F. come in and clean our room. She was so polite and so dedicated to doing a thorough job, moving furniture to vacuum, polishing the bathroom till it shined. It's hard to find dedicated employees like her and it makes us want to return to this hotel in the future if we need a place to stay again. The breakfast was really well run with a cheerful staff. The front desk was attentive to all our needs including changing rooms 2 times while we were here. The laundry services were very convenient and there was never a problem getting machines to use. The Pool was the largest we've seen, always clean and provided a much needed place to unwind during our transition to Orange County.

Everyone at the hotel provided excellent service, particularly Jessie & Veronica, who went out of their way to make our breakfast experience exceptional!!!! The hot breakfast has things like eggs, sausage and hash browns etc. Make sure to try the green salsa, it’s delicious. The room was super clean and this was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in my life. Service like this will keep us coming back to this hotel when we’re in Orange County.

My sister and I just came to California for a week long girl's trip and stayed at Homewood Suites in Irvine. We LOVED Jordan, the Night Manager. She continually went over and above for us and many other guests. On our first night, we got to our room, unpacked and were going to watch little TV. There was a problem with the TV and we called the front desk a little before 11pm, and Jordan came right away. She said the maintenance people were gone for the day but she would try to fix it. She was able to fix the TV which kept her more than half an hour past her end of shift. We were so grateful and she was so gracious. We saw her several times during our stay and she was amazingly friendly, and even remembered our names. She gave us ideas of where to go and we loved everything she recommended. Jordan is a keeper and we loved getting to know her.

Great hotel. Everything was clean & comfortable. Customer service was top notch. Delicious hot breakfast. Location wasn’t that great because I wanted to see the beach. Uber ride was $15-30 depending on time of day. Stayed at hotel for business trip which was 2 blocks from where my meetings were so that was convenient!
