The place needs to be cleaned up. It needs to be painted the linen definitely needs to be upgraded. The furniture in the room was stained and scratch. It was not inviting at all. The elevator was broken after it was fixed it was never cleaned. The place is filthy!
Don’t recommend. Not worth the price.

Not worth the price at all. Felt dirty, smelled strange, in the lobby and room. and just an odd place. My room key card didn’t work twice, on different days. There are much better places nearby for the same price.
Less than 5 stars Beware of management here... Jimmy is completely Unprofessional

The manager here Jimmy is inappropriate and unprofessional. Does not even care about any of the guests concerns. He blatantly ignores guests concerns... did not even attempt to return a call all the while... he is getting paid his wages to treat consumers in the manner that he does. Do not waste your valuable hard earned money by staying at this hotel to be mistreated in this way!!! Keep on searching for other options. Not as advertised

They advertise that they have shuttles running every 30 minutes to/ from the airport during certain hours. This is NOT the case. When we arrived, we called to find out the eta, and we were told 20 minutes. However, in reality, we waited over 45 minutes despite multiple calls back to them. We were also told that breakfast started at 6 in the morning, however when we wanted breakfast at 6:45, they told us it wasn't available until 7 (which was after the time we needed to leave). In short, we did not get what was advertised or communicated to us and we did not get what we paid for. Very disappointed in our stay.
Kind and patient staff

I missed my connection in DFW thanks to American Airlines and chose this hotel from the voucher list because it was listed first and offered a shuttle. Is this the Ritz-Carlton? Absolutely not. But having worked in luxury hotels, I can say that the young man working the front desk the entirety of my stay--from evening check-in to breakfast to my late afternoon departure--could easily fit in at one of those hotels. I think his name was Matt? Anyway, there were several of us staying at the hotel due to American Airlines, and he quickly checked us all in and gave some orientation to the area. I found the shuttle pick-up quicker than expected and had no problem getting back to the airport the next day. The room was larger than the high-end hotel I'd just been in all week and I was also able to do laundry in the evening. Although the room had a damp feeling and I could hear a gurgling in the A/C, I got a surprisingly good night of sleep--and isn't that what a hotel stay is all about? I had an awkward hour and a half or so to kill in the afternoon, at which point I was checked-out, but waiting on the next shuttle, so I read in the lobby and charged my phone. I watched an endless parade of characters check-in, all seemingly with various issues and challenges, and Matt was quck and patient with all of them. If you're facing a similar situation as me, choosing from the list of hotels American Airlines gives you, you could certainly do worse.
