I arrived alone with my baby sleeping in the baby carrier. Nobody was available to help us with the luggages so they stayed outside the front door for + - 45 mins. The lady at the reception didn't have any solution to help, because she was alone as she said. When someone finally came to help, it was not with joy at all and we could tell from his attitude. Poor customer service, really.

Very professional staff and the shuttle drivers were also great! They made sure my wife and I got to our airlines on time with the fre shuttle service. If anyone is traveling and needs a nice place to hold up for a bit should use this hotel!

Rude staff at the front desk. Smelled weed. Terrible shuttle service. I don't recommend it at all. Elevators need maintenance. No water is available in the lobby. When I asked for help to schedule a shuttle next day, I was treated horrible.

We booked this place after the reviews and when we checked in we were never told that we had to request having our room cleaned or it didn't get done because of covid which I think is ridiculous we thought breakfast could have been a little better they put out waffles no juice or milk there was fruit and health bars you would think with the price of everything going up you would get a little more kickback 🤔 😒😏

There was diarrhea in our toilet upon arrival, the shuttle that was promised to be 20 minutes to pick us up was actually 40, the staff checking us in was very rude, went asking for distilled water for our medical CPAP machine we were given a Styrofoam bowl to microwave which could have caused a fire. I was greatly dissatisfied by my service and the hotel overall.
