I was there for five nights with my best cousin. Very near to taksim square , close to metro station.Good location to go to istiklal street specially at night was very near for coming back to the hotel.Room was cleaning every day,the only negative point was the light. It was so dim. Staff were so friendly & helpful. Thank you A Plus Residence.

Very bad hotel Rooms in the basement of the hotel with a view of garbage and sewage. How this thing got a hotel license! The Hotel isn't clean and the receptionist is aggressive I don't recommend it to anyone

Don´t risk your trip and don´t book this hotel

Don’t book this hotel! If you want to save your money and nerves, while travelling to Estambul, it’s better to chose another option, there are other options in the area, better, cheaper and reliable. We booked this hotel via “booking”, the booking was confirmed by the hotel, we got a welcome message and we’re waiting for the check in. Less than a day before the check-in, the hotel suddenly sent a request via booking telling that there was a problem with a payment, it happens, so we sent the info about credit card again and contacted the hotel just in case to be sure that everything is ok. The hotel confirmed the reservation again, later the hotel just cancelled the reservation without saying any word. They don’t answer messages and call phones, I tried to contact them and booking support as well and they never answered. We had to look for another option less than a day before the check in, considering a high demand in July we were lucky to find another option for the same price but with a breakfast included and the amazing staff Don’t waste your time, money and nerves on it

very friendly staff, cozy rooms, very close to taksim square and one street away from Istiklal street, in a nice quite neighborhood. highly recommended. many thanks to Mr. Mehmet and Mr. Hasan and Mr. Sinan for their hospitality.

A plus for 3 star hotel

I have accommodated for 4 nights at this place. Believe me or not that hotel is good for 3 star hotel even looks like 4 star hotel. I stayed at room 202. It has a clean bathroom. It contains kettle and microwave set, furniture and comfortable bed. Another positive side is that hotel is near to Taksim which is so important for shopping, spending time etc. Other is, this hotel is so close to VAC (Visa Application Center) it takes 10 minutes to reach there on foot. The only problem of that room is it does not have a good view.
