Excellent service

Reviewed 20 march, 2023

A wonderful hotel that did not leave our company indifferent to the hospitality of the wonderful staff who made our stay unforgettable. Due to the grandeur of the city, which predisposes to large and long traffic jams, the location of the hotel gives the advantage of getting around Istanbul on foot, as many attractions are within walking distance. If you need to go somewhere, the metro is a 10-minute walk. The breakfasts were of the highest class: hot dishes, different types of cheeses and olives typical for Turkey, sweet pastries with different types of jams, mini pizzas, various breads for every taste, drinks, coffee, including excellent Turkish. I cannot fail to note the work of Abdulkadir, who by chance was with our family every morning and set a good mood for the whole day. P.S. Since we experienced rainy weather, the staff constantly provided us with umbrellas, which we "luckily" did not take on the trip. Very nice courtesy, thank you very much. Grand Hyatt, you are awesome, we will definitely come again!

Great stay and service

Beautiful hotel and the service was outstanding . The concierge recommended some amazing adventures. Delicious breakfast and Abdulkadir made our experience exceptional! Also a great lounge and cocktails that’s a perfect spot for Happy Hour or a night cap.

Excellent location, we enjoyed our time. Staff was very nice and helpful, particularly Sinem who prepares the best cappuccino in the breakfast restaurant. Will definitely stay at this hotel in future trips to Istanbul.

An excellent experience!

Went for a short break. An excellent stay in any resperct! All staff were polite, helpful and professional. Even security staff were smiling! We arrived a couple of hours earlier than expected, and reception staff allocated us a room, so we would not have to wait. Room service staff were very helpfull and the food was excellent. At breakfast, on our last day, after having a couple of Turkish cay glasses, Mr Emir brought us a selection of baklava pieces. A gesture which I find very important. All staff were polite and professional. Nothing bad to report really.
