They ruined my whole holiday, no views as shown on the internet, their room service is so slow I waited for an iron for exactly 1hr17mins. Couldn't let me order breakfast even though I was the restaurant door at 10. The cleaning is done very late in the day (10am-3pm) as they say. The workers are so rude!

This is a great hotel in a safe area of the city. The rooms are beautiful and the facilities are very good. The staff are outstanding and the hotel is vey well managed. Lovely breakfast. I come to Istanbul regularly and I will be staying here every time from now on.

The location isn't too far from the main tourist attractions, the rooms were clean, view was very nice, breakfast was good. Staff at front desk might seem rude but mainly a language barrier making it seem that way I think. But overall good stay we mainly went for Istanbul not to stay in the hotel day and night which many people seem to forget when reviewing. If your staying day and night at a hotel go with the most expensive full board resort instead..

A regular visitor to Istanbul and my second stay here. We booked the executive room, the only thing executive was the 12th floor, WiFi was very poor, the room it self was decent but lacked space. Breakfast was the poorest I’ve had in a 5 star stay, the eateries across the rd are no longer making this hotel pointless unless you intend to board at hotel (no chance). Byrampasa itself is a decent neighbourhood with plenty of eateries and 2 shopping malls within 5/10 minute taxi drive, however the surrounding area is an industrial estate. This is a modular building -looks nice from the inside but the glass windows externally have probably not been cleaned for years. The spa and gym decent but open to general public. The best part of this stay were the staff it was like watching Michael Jackson “Thriller or the film living dead”. They just go through the formalities, Cs is non existence and pointless asking any questions as you are likely to get a better response from the 🐈⬛ on the street! Honestly you well get better service in a hostel in Mumbai. This reflects very poorly on the tulip brand and local management. Unless you are desperate, I wouldn’t bother.

Worst customer service and worst accommodations do not get fooled by the pictures online. Rooms do not have wifi and they do not do anything to accommodate there mistakes. Out of the 5 nights with 4 rooms booked, I had no wifi in any of the rooms and they kept sending me back and forth playing games and just brushing you off. If you like a 5star hotel with 5star experience and service this is the last place I’d recommend
