Claim Form
Cleaning staff throw to rubbish some of my personal cleaning products. Recepcionist TOTALLY REFUSED to give me a Claim Form after many requests. I made a complaint online on the website and I’ll wait for an explanation. Breakfast is terrible, from second day I went to have breakfast outside even having it included. Do not consider this hotel
NOT SUITABLE FOR TOURSTS
The hotel is located in a college area VERY far from any tourists attractions or shopping areas. Restaurants and cafes are the ONLY available shops that can be reached by walking. Reaching city center or main tourist areas needs at least 40 minutes by car and sometimes much more during rush hours. The room was ok but the amenities are very cheap. They give two small size bottles of water for a room of two people. They provided the smallest and sealed but nearly empty box of tissues ever after two days of my stay and AFTER I requested that. The tissues were cheap torn (check photos). The breakfast menu was nice and they have good varieties. The lobby is small and not suitable to sit there at all. This hotel does not come to the level of Ramada hotels chain reputation. Over all, I will not stay there next time, for sure!
Loud, smokey & unfriendly staff
Have been there several times because it‘s near to the hospital. Bad breakfast, unfriendly staff and even the non-smoking rooms smell like an ashtray. Also try not to get a room in the 1st floor as you won‘t get to rest because of the loud music. If have the chance, try to get somewhere else. There are some other hotels near this place.
Very Close To the 'old' IST airport
My wife & I had a late flight in from Sophia Bulgaria and had a layover at the 'old' IST airport, before continuing our flight back to the USA. Registration was a breeze and the room was both very comfortable and modern. The next morning, we had the complimentary breakfast, having a very appreciated mix of bread and pastries, along with eggs, fruit, juice, and coffee. We'll plan on using this hotel, should we have another layover. Note that you should expect to pay a mandatory visa fee before you leave the airport, good for 6 months. Further note that as Trip Advisor requested a review & I had not accessed Trip Advisor since our June 2018 trip, I moved our travel date to Sep 2018. Sorry everyone for the belated submission! Note that we prepaid for our hotel night well in advance of our travels and the rate was very reasonable. You may wish to have a hard copy of your booking reservation on hand, as we always include in our travels. Note we did not have our booking contested, but when traveling in foreign countries, it seems prudent to have supporting documents.
My Stay
It was a great stay, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was fab. I would definalty go back as the staff were all very approachable, friendly and very professional. I Loved every secound of it !
