A clean hotel located in the heart of Istanbul. Great staff and great service. Our room was small. It's close to most of the important attractions so that's good. It gets noisy at night but at least when u close the window it's quiet

The Hotel centrally located in the very busy walking st in Taksim Square. It is a very small and very quiet hotel, very clean rooms with all the amenities. Wifi could be better and the fridge needs to get a bit colder, but overall nice hotel.

Con :Small room, poor wifi, bad breakfast, faulty bathroom, paper thin walls. Pro: Nice stuff, close proximity to Istiklal and Taksim Tip:there to many hotels with better amenities and facilities at this neighborhood.
Premium mold, that's what you'll get at Taksim Premium Hotel

I won't mention any positive aspects because a hotel that plays with people's health isn't worth. Bathrooms of Taksim Premium Hotel are full of mold. Some of the mold went away after simply touching it, so it's obvious nobody cleans the shower area with a proper solution and brush. Dear hotel manager, what do you think of the baths your hotel offers? What's the job of your cleaning staff? How is it possible to offer such disgusting baths to your guests? There's no excuse. It's a matter of incompetence and lack of respect, interest. After I requested to have the bath cleaned, the same disgusting mold was present. Everything is done superficially. Took shower with my summer shoes on. In order to avoid the appearance of mold you must waterproof the tiles and spaces in between. There are countless, affordable solutions on the market. And of course, properly CLEAN the shower after each guest. The rooms are incredibly small and uncomfortable. Bath smells badly. Do yourself a favor and book another hotel. Since we stayed in Istanbul only for a short period of time (transit) didn't have the time to change hotel, but we booked a different hotel in Istanbul for our return from Oludeniz. I guess the owner and manger of Taksim Premium Hotel isn't interested in winning clients.

Very very small rooms, full of small bugs and spiders. Hygiene is very poor. No room service, the cleaning staff leaves at daytime, and if you didn’t manage to leave the room untill 2-3 o’clock, they will not clean the room.
