This is a very special hotel , on arrival I found the staff absolutely delightful & so welcoming, great location, you can travel very easily to all of the famous sites in Istanbul, and the room was very comfortable for our two nights. It was my brother s birthday on the day of our checking in, and the staff helped me arrange a surprise birthday cake in advance, for free, and it was a very delicious cake, we celebrated with 2 other clients from Hongkong, UNFORGETTABLE. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever lucky enough to return to Istanbul.

The location is just perfect, close to all attractions and also quiet in a lane. Reasonable (or can say cheap) price with delicious breakfast. The staff is very friendly and I will definitely book again when I visit Istanbul next time.
Good location and value for money in Istanbul

I was on an overnight layover in Istanbul and decided to have a quick tour of this fantastic city. I booked The Print House Hotel because of the location, affordable price and good reviews. Bruce efficiently communicated with me since my booking was made last minute. He also arranged my airport to hotel transfer. The location is excellent... at the center of Istanbul's touristy area and near the famous Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkaki Palace. The white interior motif of the room makes it look clean, while inspirational quotes from famous Turkish writers / poets as decorations added character. Room is spacious with a small ref and full size mirror but the bathroom needs a little updating. A/C works well. There is no lift and the stairway is narrow and steep but you can request front desk staff to help with your luggage. Wi-Fi practically did not work inside my room. When I asked front desk the next morning, I was told that there seemed to be no connection problem. Mohamed, who was the front desk staff when I checked in past midnight forgot to return my passport after making a copy of it. It was good I came back to the hotel after my day tour and did not go straight to the airport. I am very thankful, however, to Bruce, the next shift front desk staff who discovered my passport on the photocopying machine and returned it to me. Also, I requested for a receipt after making my payment upon checking in but I was told that they can only give me the following morning because no manager at that time. But when I came down at around 8:30am the next morning and checked out, Mohamed informed me that manager is still inside his room. He knocked at the manager's room but got no answer. Therefore, only got my receipt and passport back after exploring the city. For the location, value for money and good service from Bruce, this is an OK hotel in Istanbul.

The location, in the historical district of Istanbul, is superb. The main attractions are within walking distance. There are many eateries nearby. The tram stop is a few minutes walk away. The connection with other neighborhoods is easy to do with the metro and taxi. The hotel staff were very friendly and did their best to make it to our liking. We received a free room upgrade. The rooms look neat. Each room has as its theme a well-known Turkish writer. Breakfast is simple, fine. The price-quality ratio is fine.
