Helpful and kind staff. We had a very bad starting but everyone who works in the hotel help very much to turn our experience to good one and it worked. Good location, easy to get public transportations. Highly recommended. Thank you for your help.

The staff were very helpful throughout our stay. They helped us move all of our bags and keep them safe until our flight out of Istanbul. Great location and amazing service! The coffee was also great which is a bonus! Thank you :)

Stayed at the Union Hotel as it was proximate to the port where we were joining our cruise ship. What is notable about this Hotel is the level of service. They are incredibly accommodating and attentive to your needs, which is always appreciated. The hotel is walking distance to a number of shopping and eating options. The hotel is setback from the main street, down a small laneway, and is very quiet. The room was laneways facing and was quite small, not unlike other Turkish hotels we have stayed at. It was very clean and well-maintained. The shower and bathroom was well laid out and in very good condition. Heating and cooling worked well. The hotel offers airport transfers at a reasonable cost. We utilised this service and it worked very well and was professionally run.

When I remember my stay 2 weeks in this hotel I feel happy. Location is perfect right across the sea and away from the crowded areas exactly l at Fidikli tram station where you can start your daily journey from. The room is very very nice comfy, new, very clean and wonderful.. the hotel staff are all well mannered and behaved I can tell they are very well selected and trained. I had a great time in Istanbul with my wife and daughter and thanks to this hotel facilities and staff they made our stay so much better.

It was a wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff is very welcoming and smiles all the time. Never had any problems with cleaning also. Especially location of the hotel is perfect if you you want to discover the city. Very close to Galataport, Taksim, Karakoy and Besiktas area. I will definitely visit this hotel again.
