As a rule we like Country Inn & Suites. Not this one though. Landscaping needs attention. Surprised so inconsistent with all the others we;ve stayed at. Lobby seemed dingy. Clerk was very pleasant. Room was o.k. - IMO not CI standards. Bed & pillows not comfortable. Fitness center & pool not open due to COVID. Limited breakfast. For a few dollars more there are much better choices.
Nice staff Uncomfortable Beds

We generally love Country Inns and Suites and this is why we ended up staying here. The staff have been very kind. Our room was pretty much clean. The bed and pillows were horrible. The pillows were square throw pillows size that flattened out as soon as you laid your head down. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. I woke up with a back ache and a headache. 🤦🏼♀️. We really liked that there is a refrigerator and a microwave in the rooms. It is also pretty convenient on and off the interstate.
Unacceptable standards and conditions from start to finish…

Raddison has forever damaged their reputation by affiliation and non-management of this property. The overgrown grass at the perimeter entrance was a clue, but the true scope of the issues became evident upon departing the elevator and then entering the room. In a period of COVID-19 resurgence, all standards for maintenance, cleanliness and upkeep are absent at this property. Closing the pool and fitness room does little to protect guests at this property. Most all common areas and floor surfaces of the hotel were filthy. The carpets are splattered with stains evidently not cleaned in months. The coffee maker in the room was caked with residue and dirt. The hair dryer mount was hanging from exposed drywall anchors in the bathroom wall. The bureau drawer had “residue” left from a prior guest as the drawers had obviously never been checked or cleaned between guests. The list goes on and on. The agent who checked us in identified himself as a maintenance worker who had been covering the front desk “for his 40th hour” at work. Whether truthful or not, he appeared exhausted and was berated by another guest before we left the desk about an unclean room upon check in. The scope of conditions at the property make it eminently clear ownership has no minimum standards for cleaning, sanitation or overall regard for the experience of their guests or overwhelmed employees. We will not stay at any Radisson property in the future.
Regret this booking

Disgusting, filthy, illegal activities inside and outside going on. Impossible that the rooms are being cleaned to COVID-19 Standards. Carpets in hallway and rooms not cleaned. Dirt in all corners of the room. Bathroom had ants . Dirty Q Tips fell from the bed sheets. Nightstand drawer had leftover ashes. This hotel was just gross. All parts of it. There were no others hotels available hence why we did t leave but I will never come back nor to a Raddison property for that matter. To charge a $150 for filth is unacceptable.
Do Not Stay Here

We have been Club members for 10 years and only stay at Country Inns. To say this one was a huge disappointment is an understatement. According to the Radisson website there are many Covid 19 procedures that should be in place. NONE of them were evident at this hotel. The manager and other employees behind the desk were not wearing masks. I did not see anyone sanitizing keycards before they were given to me. There was no doorhanger explaining the cleaning process. No individual hand sanitizer in the room, the remote was not sealed in plastic. The carpets in the hall were stained and some held down by duct tape. The lamp on the desk had rust spots all over it. The lampshade by the bed had rust stains all over the outside and on the entire rim on the inside. The vent in the bathroom was disgustingly dirty and the freezer needed to be defrosted- it dripped on the refrigerator shelves. Some of the cleanliness complaints date back a year, and although the management is quick to apologize on this site, nothing seems to have been corrected. Obviously the owner has no interest in upgrading. In comparison, the Country Inn in Kingsland, Ga about 30 minutes away was as clean as could be- all protocols followed. They even had an employee serving the hot breakfast behind a shield.
