Nice, welcoming and comfortable extended stay with free dinners

I'm not typically an IHG regular but this was an excellent choice for extended stay. Beautiful property in a convenient location to malls, and stores though there is no crosswalk to cross busy Rt. 53 so be very careful. Nicer kitchen than most other extended stay brands and the room was comfortable and clean. The dark roast was the best coffee of any hotel hands down. They serve free dinner every night and while very simple foods, "Chef Marvin" really treats you like a guest. The whole staff is very accommodating. WIFI worked well, parking easy, pet friendly of course and comfortable beds. The only safe run is going down Henderson. It's about 1.5 miles. Fortunately, if you stay on one side of 53 the sidewalks are good. If you are going to be in the area and like the mall location, you can't go wrong here.

Got a 2 bedroom hotel suite, it was compact, clean, efficient and comfortable. Rooms are small, but is great for a place to simply stay for the night. AC unit was noisy but otherwise no complaints. Breakfast was average fare.

This facility has all you need for an extended stay: clean rooms, full kitchens, living room areas, fitness center, a pantry of snacks and supplies, an outdoor space that would make any homeowner envious, free laundry for guests, onsite pool, full breakfast every day and even a manager reception on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday evenings. The staff are incredible (say hi to Marvin - you can't miss him!) They were friendly and easy to joke around with. We stayed an entire week and easily could have stayed longer with no issue.

We drove down from New York to visit our Marine son, daughter-in-law and grandbabies. It was our 1st time here and will never stay anywhere else. The staff were amazing and friendly. Marvin and Miss Nell were some of the hardest working people I've seen. The amenities were outstanding! You have to stay here if you're visiting Jascksonville!

The thing that makes this hotel my absolute favorite in the area is the staff. I only got to know the names of a few of them, but every single staff person who I encountered during my stay was friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The breakfast/dinner social staff were excellent. Nell and Marvin are the only two whose names I remember, probably because I encountered them often, and they are great! I'm looking forward to going back in a couple of weeks.
