El Four Seasons Jakarta es prácticamente perfecto: por su elegante diseño de Alexandra Champalimaud, por su bonita piscina, sus espacios públicos como The Library, o La Pâtisserie, o la terraza del restaurante Pal Court, todo exquisito y formidable. Mi habitación, la 1810 era una suite con salita y dormitorio y un gran baño y vestidor. PReciosa, acogedora y perfecta de tamaño El restaurante italiano Alto, dispone de la que es sin duda una de las mejores terrazas de la ciudad. La cocina de Marco Riva es deliciosa, auténticamente italiana. Yo cené tortellini de espinacas y ricotta, espaguettis con langosta y un tiramisú inolvidable, de los mejores que he comido en mi vida. De hecho, lo repetí al día siguiente y a la tercera noche. La segunda noche cené un rico Nasi Goreng y tiramisú en el Palms Court. Y la última un laksa de langosta y la sopa de pollo con limón y jengibre, y de postres otra vez el tiramisú. El jefe pastelero, el italiano Lorenzo Sollecito es un crack, todos sus panes y pastelería del desayuno, así como sus postres (a parte del tiamisù no os perdáis el cheese cake de mango que es arte en copa). Hice una hora de yoga privado, de hecho lo hacen todos los sábados en la terraza de la piscina, lo llaman body balance. El spa super bien, un tratamiento con scrub y masaje. Fantástico. No tienen ni sauna ni hammam comunitarios, però sí hammam en las salas de tratamientos. Todos los empleados encantadores. El conserje me ayudó a organizar mis visitas a diseñadores De verdad, que super recomendable. Seguramente es el mejor de Jakarta

El hotel es hermoso, la zona de restaurante con esa cúpula es espectacular, el mas bonito que he estado. La zona de entrada, no así la de recepción que no entiendo como no ponen la recepción cerca de esas escaleras tan bonitas. No quedamos contentos, por que nuestro pack comprendía un check in especial que no tuvimos y una serie de ventajas que mi marido tuvo que reclamar, luego de un enfado las disculpas del hotel. Ninguna compensación. A la llegada a nuestra suite, 3 mandarinas, 4 bombones y una carta del director de bienvenida , me parece hasta ridiculo. En otros hotel aun si coger una suite, por lo menos una cesta de frutas y en muchos su botella de vino, bueno entiendo es país muslim, pues otra cosita. Ruido de los rezos, no comprendo como aun hotel de esta categoría no tiene aislamiento, señores que hemos estado en otro hotel y no se escucha nada de fuera, ni coches ni nada. No repetiria, pero lo digo con pena , pr que el hotel es muy bonito, pero falla algo.

The moment you make the reservation you are immediately contacted by pre welcoming team by email that enquiries about your food preferences, any allergies etc along with details of your arrival time and if you need any assistance. This was particularly very helpful as we booked airport transfer thru the hotel and requested for early checkin which was provided gracefully. Upon arrival at the hotel everyone knows you by your name and welcome you with grace and humble approach, you are quickly escorted to the cosy checkin desk which is designed for you not to wait long. The room was pre prepared, key cards were ready and as we entered the room the baggage arrived whereby the baggage delivery team helped unwrap the bags, so you don’t have to struggle after a long flight. Unlike most hotels where they simply deliver your bags. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and there is no way that anyone could get allergy in any of their rooms. The curtains are designed to cut out day light so you can sleep well anytime of the day. The bed is heavenly that even supports people with posture problem and you wake up without any body pain or jet lag. As usual four Seaons standards various pillows provided with a special touch of their property logo unlike most hotels that simple put a white cover over their pillows with no branding. The bathrooms are very well appointed with all amenities that one could require, it offers rain shower as well as a bathtub. The poolside offers tranquil environment within the city with beautiful decor and well appointed staff that are trained to cater to your needs such as ensuring they help you lay your towels on the bed, provide you suggestions with meals that you can eat or drinks that are their signature. The food quality was perfect as everything was freshly cooked and served with welcome watermelon drinks. As the sunsets the poolside comes to life with fire within the pool vicinity offers that warmth of fengshui. Highly recommended to take foot reflexology by the pool side. The main restaurant offers variety of meals but it’s not a vast menu that makes you wonder what to eat but consider it as less is more specialized. The food quality was perfect in all cuisines that we tried from Indian, Thai and Indonesian dishes. The quantity of the food is also sufficient to feel satisfied and not left feeling hungry. Overall after many properties I’ve managed to find the Gem of Jakarta and look forward to returning soon. Until then I thank the team of four seasons, Jakarta for outstanding hospitality and guest experience.

We stayed at the Four Seasons Jakarta for two nights in later November From the prearranged transport to the hotel, to our departure, every aspect of the stay was looked after remarkably. The room, the facilities, the food and the staff, including the Hotel Manager and General Manager were outstanding and made us feel special. We would recommend this hotel experience to anyone- and would love to come back!

The hotel ambience is superb, the room was lovely and the service was excellent. The service manager was empathetic to my needs and helped without having to ask. The in-room dining was quick and food quality was good.
