Comfortable Stay
Comfortable stay and convenient location if you are visiting Jamestown. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very clean, always saw someone cleaning in the lobby, coffee station. Parking lot was very small, somewhat awkward.
GERAT PLACE GREAT PRICE AWESOME STAFF
Fun trip and the staff was awesome! Room were clean, covid protcols in place ....pretty quiet and a plus they we could bring our fur baby with us. Pet friendly is always a big PLUS! Didnt use the pool this type but was good last stay
We had a fire on Saturday, Samantha took great care of us.
Great people, they allowed us to have 3 dogs. Clean place and very friendly. They asked if there was anything we needed several times which made us feel important. It was nice to see friendly people after the experience we have been through. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a good clean room and professional service. They have been very pleasant and helpful throughout this visit. I give them 5 star rating in my book.
Terrible Customer Service Experience
I wish we didn’t have another night here. As a military family, we’ve spent many nights traveling with our pet. But staying with LaQuinta will the last. This morning I took my dog out to the bathroom. Soon after, I was accused of not picking up her poop. Which a nice plastic Walmart bag of it was sitting on top of their full trash in front of the hotel. I was threatened with a fine by phone and hung up on. And when I went down to the lobby to address the issue, I was greeted with front desk staff that wanted to address the issue while she was on her cell phone. The staff don’t want to hear it. And I don’t appreciate being accused of something I didn’t do. I guess I should have went and got the bag of poop to prove my point. I wish it ended here.. we felt so uncomfortable having our dog here that we took her to our families for the rest of the stay. When we left the hotel, we received a phone call to say they watched us leave and need to ensure our dog isn’t unattended. I feel like it’s harassment at this point. I’ve never experienced this before. Overall lack of professional customer service. I also read the responses to anyone who has something negative to say.. it’s an example of management that doesn’t care about customer concerns. If you have a pet, don’t stay here. I’m leaving a review because it’s all I can do.

Spent 2 nights and glad we did. The place is very clean, friendly staff, safe going in and out. The only thing is the parking is tight. Even with so many rules for eatery's, there was plenty that we could walk to.
