Es un hotel de Fácil acceso, parking gratis, limpio, cuarto renovado, check in & check out rápido, muy Rico desayuno. El chico de front desk nos atendió muy bien y nos explicó sobre el horario del desayuno y nos enseñó el area. Habitación grande, use el check in desde la aplicación para escoger mi cuarto Te cobran cargos adicionales a lo que pagaste al reservar el hotel. Aún no se a que se debe esos cargos. ¡Cuidado! Por lo demás excelente estadía y lugar para descansar.

Lo más destacado de este hotel es el servicio ofrecido por su personal. Buen ambiente, limpieza y amenities en las habitaciones. Necesitan incrementar opciones al desayuno que se ofrece. En resumen es un buen hotel aunque si me parece que el precio es algo exagerado.

Staff friendly, clean, rooms as described which is important as we use the ADA accessible rooms, breakfast was great, coffee anytime. Staff knowledgeable about restaurants in area and helped us find a place to eat.

As usual, Hampton Inn delivered. The room was exactly as we expected. The bed was wonderful. Room was clean. It was perfect as we were traveling through this area. We can always depend on Hampton Inn to deliver. Thanks so much.

Not worth coming back to but not the worst

The rooms were okay, they seemed clean and in some ways remodeled. The window curtains were a mess, they didn't work, we were given a handicap room for some reason and the curtains were linked to an electric dial which didn't work. When I asked the housekeeping girls who were working in the room next door for help, they said " Oh no there's nothing that can be done, those don't work, that's how they've always been". Not understanding how that's possible, since we walked into a dark room.. They told me to go down and speak to the front desk. I did, the woman at the desk told me she would have maintenance come up and take a look. It was 2 pm in the middle of the day, we didn't think it was necessary to turn the lights on when we could just open the window curtains. Maybe that's crazy to some but to us, it seemed like a simple request. 30 mins later, maintenance had not shown. I called the front desk and the same woman I spoke to answered, I let her know they had not shown up to which she replied " Oh they went home for the day", now annoyed, I told her that a call with that information would have been nice. She then stated that they were waiting for parts to come in to replace the curtains.. which I let her know would have been helpful information from the beginning. Why tell me maintenance is coming when you know maintenance isn't on sit and that the curtains don't work and you're waiting on parts? She clearly was giving me the runaround. In the end.. she told me "just turn the lights on, so you don't sit in the dark". I was very disappointed with how she "handled this". Having worked in hospitality for 20+ years I know how simple it is to satisfy a guest. Even if a situation is out of your control, there are ways to show compassion and "make it work" That moment set the tone for the remainder of the weekend, and to be honest it made me focus on all the negatives of the hotel, of which there were plenty. One positive that made up for the experience though was seeing Jean Denis in the mornings. His kind and inviting personality were wonderful to see before hitting the road each day. He was accommodating, greeted each and every guest with a warm character, and presented exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. He should really be the guy leading all new hire trainings.
