A big hotel with a small parking lot, that cost more than $25 per day. Small room , small bed. The room has a fridge and a safe box and a TV. The bathroom and the toilet are in separate rooms. I rated it 2 out of 5 but it was even worse! I ordered the room mentioning that we’re celebrating a birthday and wanted to pay for a surprise. The receptionist said it’s a service they provide with no charge. Apparently you need to be a club member so we got nothing. The toilet flashing was broken and difficult to use. The bath tub water mixer was broken. We barely (but successfully) could change the water stream from down to the tube. The spaces between the bath tiles was moldy!! The toilet seat and the sink was not clean!! The hotel is poorly maintained. The windows are not well seated so we had noises all through the night (7th floor). Breakfast is rich but the dining area is very noise with a constant “music” of iron chairs being grabbed on stone flooring. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

What a disgusting place! stay away!

To start, on our arrival we got the news that the pool is closed cause its already considered "winter" (30 degrees outside). This was never communicated to us when doing and amending the booking by phone. The general state of the hotel its deplorable... Ceramics are broken, paint is peeling, smell of dust and dirt. The carpets in the hotel are with tons of stains. The hotel its so not maintained and in really really bad state, and the price like a 5* hotel in the maldives. Also the reception staff was very rude and unhelpful. Make a favor to yourself and stay away from this horrible place

Let’s start with the positive - extremely friendly staff, Breakfast was very nice C good selection and quality. Beyond that - this is a 3 star hotel at best (I have found references to 4 stars, these are irrelevant) The hotel is big which can create challenges with the elevators . The hotel is basically run down , not as clean as needed and maintenance seems to have been left on a back burner . They seem to cut corners everywhere There is nothing similar between the online photos and the hotel because it’s brown. I can’t emphasize how brown it is. I recommend you find a different place to stay at TLDR - a mediocre hotel with a nice breakfast, friendly staff and a reasonable price

Bad experience at this hotel. From the beginning, with the check in process you understand where you are. I guess if there was an award for the most inefficient check in they could definitely win it. Then the elevators … 4 elevators dated probably 30 years or so and you need to wait each time you need it, between 10-15 min … if you don’t decide to take the stairs in the middle. Then the pool … nice picture in the website, booking, …. You need to see it!! Small round pool surrounded by tens of plastic chairs and beds most of them broken …. Then the room … I would hardly find the words to define the design of the room, the quality of the bathroom, and the old blue carpet on the floor … Then breakfast … another big experience: If you want a cappuccino you need to wait 20’ in line, the noise is impossible to describe and food is far below any decent level. Bottom line, I warming advise to find an another place to stay in Jérusalem.

Not a cheap hotel with a not very good quality level

This hotel is rated 4 stars everywhere. But the level of cleaning and the attitude of the staff at the reception, greatly reduces the level of this hotel. The only pluse of this hotel:located near the tram stop, stops 2-3 to the Old Town. Trams run frequently, excluding Friday evening and all Saturday afternoon. The room is not small, comfortable. The pool is open, not big inside the hotel yard. Internet/wi fi - very bad, with constant interruptions, surprisingly slow. Those who stay at this hotel for work should also count on a different kind of internet/wi fi . Those who like to watch TV in their free time cannot count on a variety of channels. It happens that today the channel works, tomorrow it is disconnected. The TV menu is in Arabic. Unfortunately, any request to the reception is ignored. This hotel has potential, but according to its current appearance - the price is too high, and the level of service, attitude towards the client and cleaning are understated. The floors are dirty, dirt and dust are visible in the corners. The bed in the room is almost comfortable, if it were not for 2 single beds connected together. As they explained to me, this is very important for guests, religious Jews: a married couple even sleeps separately, but in the same room. Sleeping on such a bed is not very comfortable. Bed linen and towels: some of them were already stained, poorly washed.
