No refunds for cancelled plans!

They don’t refund if you change your itinerary!!! I had to change my travel plans and cancelled my two - fully refundable - reservations at Home Suites. Five months in advance! After countless promises, I HAVE NOT gotten a refund. They demanded that I wire money to book the rooms, then won’t refund in the same manner. Do not book this hotel if you think your plans may change!

There is a reason this ranks consistently as the top hotel in Josie. Incredible atmosphere, combined with top notch service, a full service cafe, and the cutest hostess dog named Hazel, and you have the ingredients for perfection. We stayed a few nights in room 104 with a picture window. Beautiful room. Stay at this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

This was the second visit by my family. The hotel is perfect in every respect. The rooms are comfortable and the rooftop patio and small pool are great. The breakfast was delicious and the staff are particularly friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for a 2 night break. Great location for local Mall and Markets - the Sunday market was amazing - open from 9-4. From the moment we first arrived we were made to feel extremely welcome, all hotel staff we met were excellent and couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms were large and well serviced. Great wifi available- Netflix also available on TV We used the rooftop pool which provided a refreshing break after a long flight and although it’s quite small it was perfect for what we needed. We organised a private tour of Johannesburg and Soweto through a driver recommend by the hotel - he was fantastic and took really good care of us. We would highly recommend staying here - when we revisit Johannesburg we will definitely stay here again.

To start of I love small hotels. They always feel more well taken care of and given the attention they need. This one was just that! Beautiful hotel, from the lobby all the way to the room. Friendly, respectful and well trained staff. Loved the honesty bar. Could sit downstairs and serve myself to some drinks and snacks as I wished. Felt like a very relaxing personal holiday home with attentive staff all round. I'd definitely go back again.
