Room was clean but less than comfy owing to some very compressed feather pillows. Shockingly, there was no bar soap with which to wash one's hands - according to the desk, there was a shortage (!?). The hotel was quiet, if not very convenient - perhaps 2 miles rom the Interstate exit on a very windy and dark frontage road. All in all, the stay was acceptable but hardly delightful.
A very good place to stay

I would like to start my review by complementing the people that prepared the hot breakfast. I was completely satisfied with the breakfast and the friendliness of the young man that oversaw the buffet. Check in was easy as was the checkout. The rooms were clean and sanitized and I would definitely stay there again. Thanks to everyone involved.
Good hotel, no early breakfast

We stayed a night at the Jonesboro Fairfield while in town and had a good stay. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The lobby area is nice as well. The only issue is they have signs everywhere that says hot breakfast at 7:00 and continental starting at 6:00. I went at 6:30 and almost nothing is available and the server just said everything’s ready at 7:00. Either change the signs or comply with what the signs say. We had to leave earlier than 7:00 and it would have been nice to know so we could have planned time to stop.
No Better Place Than Here

Although we have not been to every hotel in Jonesboro, we are very happy we checked in at this locale. Hotel front desk accommodated our request nicely by placing us on the first floor because we had a pet. Pet fee is an extra $50. Room was very clean, and quiet. Bed and pillows were perfect for us, and the AC unit was very quiet as well. Grab-n'go lunch bag is currently being used for breakfast, but upon request you can also get a sausage biscuit to heat up in your room microwave. This place is well worth a visit when in the area.
Not so good

Well when I checked out the reviews for this hotel, I expected the best out of it. Boy was I wrong!! I have stayed at many High Quality hotels all over the United States and this by far was not worth it's rating of 4.4 out of 5 stars. 1st off in order to get into my room, I had to dip my shoulder to push the door open. Like do they not realize we as customers shouldn't have to do that. Then asI got into our room it looks like someone either took a marker or the chair and rubbed half the paint off the wall. I really couldn't tell which was which... Now the bathroom was on a whole other scale... So I was expecting it to be pristine, but of course it wasn't. The tub had mold under the soap dishes attached to the shower that they missed when they were caulking it, and the tub had a rust stain in it. I go to the toilet to check it out and it had a yellow ring stain all around the bottom of it to the point that I was disgusted. Oh and the front desk guy knew about the door because he watched me try to open it and he was shocked.. I paid $130 a night to stay here, and I highly recommend you not make the same mistake of staying here...
