Me alojé con mi marido y la experiencia fue muy agradable (...salvo por un 'pequeño' detalle...). El hotel es bonito, cómodo y su personal profesional y atento. Las habitaciones limpias y agradables, igual que los baños. Cenamos en el restaurante y nos encantó, aunque la carta de vinos tiene unos precios altísimos (sesentaypico euros por vino correcto de dos años). Nuestra única pega fue que al pagar la cuenta, vimos que nos habían cobrado 22€ por el vermut que nos tomamos antes de cenar y la verdad es que es abusivo por un Spritz. Eso es lo único que nos dejó 'mal sabor de boca'... por lo demás, la experiencia en el hotel fue agradable. Sí lo recomiendo... pero ojo a los precios de las bebidas!

Le Mas is located on a hill, with an amazing view on the valley. The decoration of the outdoor area, as well as the rooms is modern and cosy, the main retastaurant and the bar kitsch and a little bit Oldenburg fashionned. The employees are divers in the sense of background and education, people from housekeeping look like doorkeepers at bars, old fashion but very professional sommeliers and waiters are accompanged by nice and easy going youngsters, sometimes with no education in hotel business and missing the Eyeliner to see necessary services, as cleaning the couches on the terrasse once guests are leaving. Cleaning the balcony of our suite full of fallen leafs and needles. The food in the restaurant is good, but missing variety and it is too expansive. I would rate the ressort a 4+ with a pricing of a 5star hotel.

Le Mas des Herbes Blanches is the best of the best. Top quality hotel if we could give more than 5 stars we would. The staff was excellent and helpful, the grounds were well kept. The food choices were great. We would recommend this hotel.

A terrible experience

As veterans in the hospitality industry, we were shocked to hear the restaurant manager reply “THAT’S YOUR POINT OF VIEW” when we pointed out the shortcomings of his staff as well as the poor quality of the meal and wine selection. There is obviously a problem in this establishment which can only be the result of poor management from the top.

Lovely hotel and very welcoming. We were upgraded upon arrival. The hotel is well staffed and facilities great. Great location for touring the surrounding area. Superb breakfast and a nice bar. We will certainly visit again.
