Stayed at this hotel 1 night, for work Late July 2022. have over 50 bug bites, all over -Face, arms ,legs hands and torso. talked to Harry Patel manager took no responsibility. General hotel older and in poor repair. stay away.

I stayed at this wonderful family-run location for approximately 6 nights, while seeking an apartment here in Kalamazoo, MI. The manager (and ALL of the staff) was extremely courteous and friendly, and I have never stayed in such a well run, organized, and CLEAN Quality Inn Hotel such as this one! Also, it is not too far for exploring Downtown Kalamazoo or nearby parks, etc. Definitely earned five (5) stars!!

This very quaint little family run hotel is worth the stay. The desk staff is friendly, the rooms are very clean and the pool is lots of fun. It is an older place but they keep the bathrooms and rooms very clean and cozy, it is cleaner than many more expensive hotels and they even have a pretty good breakfast.

This place is NOT good. Maintenance is terrible. In room and in commons. The rock beds for landscaping are over run with weeds that could be controlled with a little Round Up. TV did not work. No batteries in remote but even with some, the TV needed to be swapped. During night a leak developed over the toilet. Tried to tell desk clerk but nobody there. Eventually found someone and he barely understood English and after repeating myself 5 times in different ways I’m still not sure that he understood. And with all of this the cost was about $200 per night. Will NOT be returning.

DO not STAY HERE, ESPECIALLY If you have children, It's Not clean, Their is Bed Bugs, unclean, bed linens weren't changed, Floors were dirty, The Smell reaked of Weed, all in hallways, & elevator. watched A LOT Of Drug deals going on every night in the parking lot, & probably went on inside. Fighting going on in parking lot, & inside Lobby & room near mine. Called the Law enforcement to report the Drug dealing going on & the Drinking, took them a while to get there & all they done was just drive up close to vehicles, Never got out of their cars & then left while all this stuff went on. Lot of homeless people hung out at night & in daytime, I'm almost 99% sure there was Prostitution going on. They have a Camera system there, but none of what went on seemed to matter, even when complaints were made about the bedbugs. Wouldn't even refund us for the room we were in for the bedbugs. So People Be Aware. Not A CLEAN Place nor a Safe place for children & or families.
