Pros: - Excelente ubicación. - Habitaciones con vistas al rio. - Comida rica (puedes comer al lado del rio en unas mesas de plástico que hay. - Piscina OK - Fueron muy amables y nos hicieron un late check out dejándonos quedar en la piscina. Contras: - Le falta mucho mantenimiento zona piscina y habitaciones. - Limpieza de la ducha de la habitación. - No hay duchas en la piscina. El hotel sería un 3 estrellas español. Hemos estado muy bien, la verdad. Pero si vais con espectativas de 4* (como sale en booking) os va a defraudar. El enclave es e s p e c t a c u l a r. Lo que le falta mucho mucho mucho mantenimiento. Aun así, volveríamos.

Been here during new year 2023 and spent about 20k. Everything were not according to standards from the services , lack of cleanliness (pets poop spreading across hotel’s yards and around), not worth for money (you will get very old and smelly room), no covid safety, the worst thing is the hotel called themselves a “Pet friendly” hotel but did not inform the clear rules and regulations to guests. All i can say is there are better hotels in the same price range and very fantastic view and surrounding than this one.

Very nice view, pet friendly , the hotel is by the river so nice picturesque. Good breakfast options. For vegan the restaurant went out of the way to make vegan meals which was not in the menu. Very friendly staff

The hotel is located on the river bank,it's quite good scenery of river Kwai.There is small restaurant name Daveport that serve you variety food and the price isn't too high but not so tasty . We think the room need more maintenance,the quality of wifi and the area around the corridor. We appreciate staff's services. But the most disappointing is the cleanliness of the swimming pool and the pool side bathroom as well.

Nothing look like advertising.the place looks dry can creepy.you not feel welcome here at all. They has no service mind neither manners.Everything over priced. The room is small and had bad smell from toilet. I would not recommend to anyone I know to experience bad time in this hotel
