Terrible customer service

I would give this hotel a zero if possible. I NEVER write reviews but then again I have NEVER had a hotel call me at 11:30 pm on the night of my stay to tell me they gave my room away and have nothing for us. We were in town attending a concert 2 hours from home and didn’t have time to check in before hand. Can’t speak to the hotel it’s self but this type of customer service is not acceptable. They did call back and offer to find a room at a different hotel for us but that would have been a further drive for us and I was not willing to give $200 to this chain after their negligence. We decided to save our money and drive home .
UNEVEN CROOKED FLOORS

We first encountered this hotel on our trip to Colorado. We immediately realized that the FLOORS WERE CROOKED and UNEVEN! After being in this room for less than 10 minutes, we had gotten very dizzy. We got so dizzy that we almost decided to sleep in the car. I DON'T RECOMMEND STAYING HERE AT ALL!

What could have been a good review has now turned into a bad review. We stayed one night. Shortly after settling into our room, we noticed a STRONG sewer smell coming from our bathroom. We reported it to the front desk who got the GM on the phone and sent housekeeping. No maintenance on site. They agree it smelled awful. My husband spoke to the GM; they were sold out & did not have another room to put us in. Sister property sold out too. From California & many days w/ long drives. just wanted to settle in and get some sleep. he started out really nice and offered to give us our points back & then some. We aired the room out, shoved towels under the bathroom door & slept with only mild odor. The next morning, I went to the front desk and spoke to the GM & informed him that the smell is awful and they may want to address it before putting another family in there. His attitude was completely different when he learned we had stayed the night. I reminded him that we were from out of town and didn't have many options. He was curt, clearly annoyed & stated ..."I thought you were leaving. Your husband said you were leaving:, "I took care of you anyway", "I wiped you out of the system so it doesn't even show you were here" WOW! He never gave us our points back. SO he NEVER TOOK CARE OF US as promised. We have now elevated it to Customer service which is a whole other issue. Good luck but I won't be returning nor can I recommend it.

My husband and I needed a place to stay and we’d been turned away three times- everyone was full- it’s nice that people are back on the road but we didn’t expect that. Anyway, it was 2:30 am and we really needed to stop. The night clerk was so friendly, the hotel looks new, clean, fresh. Our room was spotless. The breakfast was wonderful and the coffee was fabulous! We were only there about 5 1/2 hours but I would highly recommend this motel. My only complaint is the smell of maybe hazelnut? I dislike that smell very much. Is it your cleaning solution? It was very strong. Something fresher smelling would be so much better.

We needed a room for one night. The checkin and check out was easy. The room was clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable. You are near I-70, but only heard a faint sound of traffic, and didn’t interfere with sleep. Overall it was a good hotel and we would return.
