Roaches all over the place.. Hotel was overbooked when i went to try in for Chiefs game. I was turned away and told I did not have a room after driving 4 hours to get to Kansas City. Young man at the desk had an I don't care attitude and the Manager I believe her name was Michelle was super rude and very unaccomidating
Avoid at all cost
Terrible service at the counter took about 30minutes to get checked in. Once checked in upon entering our room it smelt bad of dog urine. After getting passed the smell we noticed we didn’t have any bedding on our bed and no towels in the bathroom. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel.
SKETCHY HOTEL
I would not recommend AT ALL!!!!! We waited for 30 minuets for someone to come down to the front desk after calling. When I called, the man on the phone said “he was inspecting a room”. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! No sorry or anything when he came back down. And then after we had booked online, the only rooms available were smoking rooms! The fee to cancel is was just as much as the room. Would NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING!!!! My wife and I booked this on Hotels.com to stay 5/24-5/26. Being we arrived at 12:30AM 5/25 I had to call an extension to have someone call the person on staff to come to the front waiting area. Another girl waiting in the room told me to inform the person on the phone that she was waiting. She told me her name as if they would know her. Found out she lived there along with many other people which is always a good sign. Especially when I was paying $124/night. The room was covered in cigarette burns and of course smelled the same. It was very difficult to sleep because of noise both inside and out. Not to mention the police car that pulled into the parking lot around 2AM with full sirens on. THE WORST PART WAS AT 3:15AM I FELT SOMETHING CRAWLING ON MY CHEST. i BRUSHED IT OFF HALF ASLEEP ONLY TO FEEL IT AGAIN. i TURNED ON THE LIGHT TO SEE A ROACH ON MY CHEST ALONG WITH ANOTHER IN THE BED AND AN EVEN BIGGER ROACH ON THE WALL! I contacted the hotel and offered them an opportunity to correct the situation and give us a refund for the 3.5 hrs we stayed in the room. They have made the decision to not fix the situation. DO NOT STAY HERE!!. It's not a hotel...it's a cesspool.
Strange little hotel
1. End of dirt road in a residential neighborhood. 2. Nobody at the front desk. Have to call an outside number. 3. Want copy of drivers license of everyone in room. 4. If you are going for a Royals game, it is not within walking distance. Even though you can see the Stadium, you’re not in a City. You’re in the middle of nowhere, and it’s not a walk you want to make after the game in the dark.
