We are alright

We have arrived on 12 November, planning to stay until 1 December. So far so good, drinking mineral water from the different springs, being treated by therapists, swimming and so on. Medical staff is good, the head is Pavel, an energetic and professional medical specialist. The kitchen staff is nice as well, the menu is well balanced, the bread and soups are a bit salty, to my humble opinion. Location is ok, not far from mineral water springs.
Super food, amazing staff.

A spa hotel just 10 minute walk from the main street with all the springs - be ready to walk up hill though. The food, OMG, the food. The chef is amazing and the food selection really rocks. Amazing selection of fish, goat cheese, smoothies, detox juice for breakfast. They offer selection of 4 main courses for dinner, one of them is vegetarian. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Nothing seems to be a problem. Highly recommended.
Best luxury hotel in Karlovy Vary and one of my favorite hotels in the world.

Easily in the top tier of hotels I've visited. What an experience. A) Friendly, helpful and attentive staff that makes you feel right at home, and makes sure they cater to your every wish. The whole experience from reservation through welcome at check-in and interactions with the staff during the stay had our whole family feeling great. B) Amazing quality of food. I usually don't book a package deal in hotels, opting to eat out at neighboring restaurants, however here we booked the full-board option and we loved every single dish. Food was fresh, made to order and the whole dining experience had the right mix of "fancy" (Waiters bringing dished at the same time for the whole table) and "casual" (Swapping dishes from the menu if time permitted, waiters joking around when appropriate). C) Great cleanliness and shape of the facilities in general. The hotel feels brand new even though it's been around for a few years now. The cleaning staff keeps all the areas including the common hallways spotless, so that despite the luxurious and plush interior, the hotel always feels fresh. Rooms were cleaned 2x a day. Overall one of my favorite hotels of all time, even compared to big fancy names like St Regis (New York, Abu Dhabi) or luxury boutique brands.
Great time at this Hotel

It's always worth to spent 11 hours to fly to Karlovy Vary and to stay at 'Olympic Palace'. We like the hotel location and the way it looks like inside and outside. The service (front desk, spa, restaurant and so on...) is excellent. The moment you enter the hotel you'll be well received. Checkin process takes around 10 minutes. Amenities are very good and rooms are comfortable, spacious and very clean. Thanks to the management team for keeping the hotel at this high level. This year it was our 4th time we stayed at this place (21 days in May-June). We recommended this spa-hotel to our friends and 4 couples were very happy staying there. Lana, Anatoly.
Nice facilities, yet very disappointed.

Checkin took about 20 minutes with no one in line, call room services at 2am and was told to take a taxi as they have no room service at night (yet on every flyer and ad says they do). Salt spa, is a joke and waste of money and same goes for must of the other spa wellness treatments. My room with a view is facing a wall. Parking, I had a legal street parking, yet hotel claimed it's not legal (there is a street sign saying its legal)....forced me to take the valet and pay. Simple put it, i am disappointed and would not recommand this hotel.
