We stay in Hilton for the first time. The first impression was good but we expect more than this. We like your ideas that seperate between local life and experience in Hilton. Most of issue that we concert about was car park. 5 Stars Resort choose build better car park than this !!!

Long Stay Covid Escape

I stayed at the Hilton Arcadia throughout October and November as a long stay guest. The staff were so happy and genuinely excited to have guest returning that it was a joy for me! The staff were professional, keen and caring! Upon my article a lot of the hotel facilities had been shut shown and condensed into one section of the hotel grounds, (All key facilities were still available ie pool, restaurant, bar etc, but only one of each which was understandable) It was great to see that as Thailand prepared to open up to tourists further, the hotel and wider location prepared for the additional guests! My room was clean and modern and had a great sea view with an incredible sunset every evening! The house keeping team we’re perfect! The breakfast staff were a joy to meet and talk to! The Bell staff were fun and reactive and ready to help at any time! I truly had a great stay and will be returning again for a long stay in January 2022.

Perfect hotel for a quiet staycation!

Came to the hotel with a bit mixed expectations because it’s a very big and old property, but I had a fabulous stay at the Hilton Arcadia Phuket!
 The hotel has closed some buildings and everything is concentrated around the beach wing, but there was still loooots of space for the guests. Everything is either nicely renovated or very well maintained and I really liked the ‚park atmosphere’ - the huge gardens were perfectly kept (also in the far away areas), everywhere you see beautiful plants and the relaxing ocean pool area had not just ordinary deck chairs but also supercomfy beanbags. The rooms are very nice and the breathtaking suite I stayed in had really everything you need for relaxation or business. If possible you really should go for a room with sea view and/or in the Andaman wings! Due COVID the food venues were limited, but the quality compensated for that. Daily varying breakfast options from very tasty Thai currys over varying soups to freshly made egg dishes were available on the outdoor terrace directly at one of the pools with the soothing sound of a waterfall in the background. But all of this would be nothing without the great staff! Everybody is warm and welcoming, has a friendly smile for you and tries his/her best to make your stay really special. I rarely had a maid like Champoo that not just cleaned, but really thought about everything she did and placed. A general shoutout to everybody else from front desk over the spa to all the guys/gals at FnB: you made my day everytime we met - thanks a lot!

Big exotic resort with excellent service and staff

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort and Spa. Throughout from checking in to checking out, we only met nice people and service. Any wishes and needs were met quite fast, eg. when our neighbour were having a loud party. The resort is large and very green which is nice and gives a sense of luxury. Unfortunately, many of the restaurants and one of the big pools were closed during our stay though so we did not have many options for eating at the resort. The room (sea view deluxe) was nice and spacious, as well was the bathroom. The air condition is very noisy though causing some frustration at night. Both the resort and rooms are generally very nicely furnished and designed, but is left a little bit cold and without soul. This makes the resort a bit un-unique. But it is still nice with various pools and gardens. The restaurants are fine but a little bit overpriced considering the quality which is also ok but does not fully justify the price difference compared to outside of the hotel. The spa was very nice and beautiful. Truly a place to calm down. The gym was also nice and the equipment alright to the amount of people allowed there (4).

terrible hotel and worse management

I have recently visited several hiltons in thailand, this is one of the worse, do not ever try to talk to a manager about any issues your always told the manager is in a meeting, even if you ask for a call back your not going to ever get to talk to the right person. the room cleaner told me they hate working there but in covid there is not other option, the new management do not care and just attack employees if some guest complains, I am a Hilton Manager in another country this is a truly sad thing to hear, as one professional to another, stop letting the good name and reputation of Hilton world wide down, get on the front line less managment meetings and more managing and supporting the teams
