worst hotel I've ever seen in my life

the air conditioner does not work properly. The refrigerator is the same. swimming in pool is almost impossible. its too tiny. the owner of the hotel is super rude. I think he thinks he's the mafia. he bothers people with his gaze.
Poor Value - NO POOL as Advertised.

The reception clerk was pleasant enough until I asked that he not photocopy my passport but instead just copy my name, country and passport number. The Turkish Central Government has recently issued a regulation makinging it unlawful for a hotel to photocopy passports, due to abuse. The hotel clerk became belligerent and said unless we agreed to have our passports photocopied, we could leave the hotel. We stayed. There is NO pool as in the photograph. The hotel filled in the pool and there is now a patio only. Breakfast was cheap cheese and and strange coloured meat paste I couldn't eat any of it. My advise - Stay somewhere else.
Decent Room & Plenty of Hot Water

We stayed here for one night in July 2015. We arrived around midnight and the reception man ran out to our car to help us in with our bags. Our two rooms were of average size but we found them to be very clean, the beds very comfortable and the bathrooms recently updated. There have been comments about the hot water but we had no problems. The bed and breakfast rate was incredibly cheap and the breakfast typically Turkish but thats what we expected. I have stayed in other hotels in Kalkan and this compares favourably with those. We only ever stay for the one night so that we are local for when our rented villa is available.

The only good thing about the nur hotel is that it is cheap. Very tired dated room. A/C didn't work very well, shower leaked hot water random. My room was not cleaned all week. I had a room at the front so very noisy and not private. Door to Patio didn't lock or open very easily. I could go on.
Too far from beach. No hot water.

Not a great hotel. The rooms were big, but the hot water was non existent, the wifi too weak to work in our room, it's a big steep walk to the beach and the breakfast was boring. No Turkish coffee, only instant. Try somewhere closer to the beach, and with hot water!
