Comfortable & Spacious Apartments

Reviewed 26 october, 2019

We spent 4 nights at this place. Another family run business in Kas. Nice, comfortable and spacious hotel apartments with a 2 min drive to harbour square. The owners and staff members hosted us very well. We plan to visit Kas again and will try to stay here again with a bigger group.

We are a famiy of 3 with a 10 year old boy. We stayed in the king suite for 2 nights. Pros and cons are as folows (+) spacious (+) very nice buffet breakfast (+) friendly staff (+) partial view room on 2nd floor has actually very decent view (+) has shuttle service during daytime, they take you to nearby beaches and pock you up (-) at the top of a steep hill, near impossible to walk back to the hotel at night (-) toilet was not the cleanest, shower was leaking, there was hair on the floor when we arrived (-) there was only one couch in the living room which we used as our son's bed, there was no other couch to sit and rest, ony 2 other chairs (-) no lift

Relaxing, clean and beautiful view

Reviewed 7 june, 2019

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed our time there. We had a wonderful view of Meis and really enjoyed using our balcony. Having a kitchen was practical. We kept some water and small necessities in the fridge. The rooms were big and clean and we liked the L'Occitane products. I am glad they thought of including a drying rack in the room as a practical way to hang up swimming clothes after a day at the beach. Breakfast was nice and had a good variety. It starts a bit late at 8:30am, but we would just drink a coffee on our balcony while we waited. We love cats and dogs, so they were not disturbing in the least. You can ignore them if you don't want to share with them. The dog was slow, goofy and old. It makes me happy to see such a sweet old thing being so well looked after by the hotel staff. We drove to Kas, so we were pleased to find there was a lot of parking on the street, no matter the time of day. We could easily reach Kas city center.

Lovely Boutique Style Apartment Hotel

Reviewed 10 september, 2018

Part of a 7 city tour through Turkey brought us to the beautiful city of Kas and we booked our couple night stay at Saylam suites. We had an excellent and memorable experience! The suite is like a small apartment beautifully dressed with thoughtful curtains and linens. They used L’Occitane toiletries which were a pleasant touch of luxury. It is a smaller hotel community which means the staff is very attentive and creates a personable relationship with their guest. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner of this hotel who upon hearinng our last minute desire to find an agency to book a boating trip, personally arranged for us to have a private boat tour followed by a delicious fresh seafood lunch by a renowned chef nearby. She took care of making all the phone calls and bookings for us so we just showed up and enjoyed a wonderful afternoon. The suites also have a lovely sitting area were breakfast is served-a lovely spread of traditional Turkish foods that were fresh and beautifully presented-even the coffee spoons were thoughtfully placed over beautiful Turkish tiles. It was so lovely to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in their outdoor terrace with vines and flowers. Some rooms Have a view of the Mediterranean Sea, we had a partial view from our balcony which we enjoyed in the evenings. It is very close to the municipal center with shops and restaurants. We can’t wait to return to the city of Kas and especially to return to Saylam Suites!
