The best hotel in this area !

Good Experience Overall
The aesthetics of the hotel are very impressive. When you arrive, the entrance and the rear grounds are absolutely beautiful. There are acres upon acres of pool and beach area, a large buffet and dining area, coffee bars, tea counters, a stunning indoor lounge bar, an outdoor bar, an outdoor concert venue, another outdoor theater venue, and much more. You definitely won't go hungry. Having said that, as gorgeous as the place is, I was disappointed with the rooms. I was there on my honeymoon and booked a seaside view. When I arrived, that's not what was assigned to me. I was told my room was a garden view and it was a couple hundred more $ per night for a seaside view. Given the amount that I paid, which was quite expensive, I didn't feel that I should have to pay even more. They offered me a room with a poolside view without any extra charges. When we checked into the room, I was quite shocked actually. I travel quite extensively for business and have stayed in much nicer accomodations for half the price. The room was simply outdated, ordinary, and equivalent to a Hampton Inn or Super 8. And to top it all off, my poolside view was blocked by a huge tree. I returned to the front desk to voice my displeasure and they promised to switch me to another room the following day. I was told it was a suite and that I'd like it much better. It was also a poolside view. The next day we were brought to our new room and yes it has a clear view of the gigantic pool area facing the kid's side but the room was identical to the other 2. At that point, I figured that all their rooms are the same unless you really do pay for a suite so I simply accepted it. Be prepared to pay upwards of $6000-8000 USD for a 7 night stay in a suite. The air conditioning needs to be looked at. If you keep it off, you'll be too hot. If you turn it on, it will give you a cold. Maybe just install modern thermostats and that may help. Another suggestion would be to offer a little more variety at the buffet. I found the same food stations served the same bread, pizza, fish, or soup every night. The sea bass was good but all the other fish was subpar. Salmon steaks were included but if you wanted a filet of salmon, they charged extra. Salmon is not exactly an expensive fish unless it is in Turkey. All that said, it wasn't all doom and gloom. On the contrary, the food and beverage staff were fantastic! They maintained smiles on their faces all week despite being spoken down to by the majority of tourists who rude, stone faced, and unfriendly. I actually felt bad for them. We were given the white glove treatment however. It may have something to do that were very polite and grateful for their service. I'd like to commend certain employees for their courtesy and professionalism; Larisa at the Guest relations desk was very helpful and patient in sorting out my issues. She fulfilled all my requests with a 100% rating. Mesude in the food services was phenomenal. She was polite, smart, smooth, always wore her beautiful smile, should be given a promotion or raise. Osman in the bar lounge is a true professional. He runs a tight ship and is great at making the guests feel welcome. He will take the time out for you and make sure all your needs are met. His staff are great as well including Diyar and Mehmet. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel but don't expect luxurious rooms. You'll have a great time and eat ok. The high price tag is for the splendour of the hotel and grounds, a fun time by the giant pool, or relaxing on the beach which is conveniently on the mediterranean sea.
Super sunny funny vacation
We came as a couple. It’s not the first time in this hotel we are all satisfied about everything. Especially entertaining is very nice in this place. We had fun in activities thank you so much you guys you are the best animation team especially burcuu you are cool girl ;) see you later alligator I don’t forget you are animator :pp
This place could be good resort if it wasn’t for the management policy to treat ONLY Russians as important. There is no employees who can speak English and they only talk to you in Russian. Well, for the management team: IF YOU WANT ONLY RUSSAINS AS GUESTS PLEASE NOTE THAT SOMEWHERE AND PUT THE SIGN: RUSSIANS ONLY. It is shamefull how Turkish people have lost their identity over the money that comes from Russians, even though they are mostly arrognat, loud and all they do is drink all day and act like animals left from the zoo. We had a situation at the beach whit the Russians, but since all of them speak no English ( probably cause they believe that they are most importnat one in the world and everyone will speak they language ), we had to give up trying to solve the situation because there is no one to turn to from the employees. They don’t understand you! This is the last time we will visit Turkey since it is no longer their country but Russian geto....
Best hotel in Kemer.
This trip was amazing and despite COVID-19 outbreak, the hotel did an amazing job providing safety for all the visitors meanwhile keeping it he whole entertainment program alive. Furkan is the best animator and his activities are always fun to attend.
