Zumba with Olga was the best

The hotel is maybe not 5 (like Hilton) but for sure 4 stars. Not brand new, but renovated and really clean. Great swimmingpool, sea side, a lot of trees and green, good food, we liked soups and the local sweets the most. Wide range of alkoholic and non alkoholic drinks. Really helpfull staff: reception, waiters, room service. Once I wanted butter 2 small portions during the dinner, when nobody else usually eats butter. So it was not there, but the nice man run especially for this butter to the kitchen and after 3 minutes I could eat my sandwich with butter. Really nice entertainment every evening. But the top of the top was the aquaaerobic, Zumba and latino coach Olga. Friendly, energetic, with huge sense of humor, with an “I love people” approach. Olga thank you a lot, you made our stay.
Only one negative remark, there is no net on the one tennis court, and on the second the net must be fixed.

Worst hotel in my life. Dirty and old rooms. The service is very poor. Definitely is not 5* but 3+ . The pictures on the websites are very nice but in real no. Towels are old and thick. Staff from kitchen was rude .

it's great hotel we enjoyed a lot,nice beach big swimming pool, and animation team is great we really enjoyed all the evenings with nice shows, foods are great too, many different option also at bar nice alchocols, I like also cold coffe here
Nice hotel in general but very bad management

Beautiful hotel in a very nice location but horrible management, they try to do everything with minimum labour. Staff never smiles… especially reception kind of got an order from somewhere like “if you smile you will be a sinner” that bad…
This morning I was at a jam queue and there was only one lady trying to serve 10 people then an executive manager whose name is Kazim Akdemirci told her off like the convo below ;
Manager Mr Akdemirci :Hello sister, do you need anything?
(Staff didn’t hear as she was too busy with her work)
Manager Mr Akdemirci: hey, I asked you something! Do you hear me? Anything missing??
But his sound was too rude and it was so bad for me to see a hard working lady was getting told of like this …
So I replied him..
-missing thing is extra staff.. this is missing sir..
But… he told me off too..
- oh we are working three people here don’t say there is a queue god sake!
And I told him ok .. I will write this to tripadvisor tonight because I know no one will care about it in the hotel management..
hope he will learn how to treat his staff and guesses.
I am really sorry this lovely hotel having that kind of staff no smiling no caring .. but the hotel is in a very nice location like heaven , I hope they will improve their service so people can get a lovely holiday. We have 4 more days here hope we won’t see any other behaviour like this.. by the way the massage was very good, and the staff in spa are so lovely , you should definitely get a massage if you visit this hotel.

The Best hotel to visit, you won’t regret it , first of all the receptionist Mine, Ayman, Burucla, Coşcun, Isoreet ve en önemlisi İler bey helped a lot they made us have the best experience we could ask for a big thanks to all of them, the massage and sauna workers were the best as well especially Altin and Alina and Aziza were incredible at their work , a big thanks to all of them, the photographers were amazing as well , you will love this Hotel 👏👏👏 10/10
