Check in. I arrive at 2:40, hotel is under construction (not mentioned on website) lobby is locked up tight. I knock on the window, and finally someone comes to the window. He would only tell me “check in is at 3:00!” I asked if I could use the bathroom, since I had just driven 2.5 hours. “Can’t you hold it?” I had to urinate behind a construction dumpster. Check in at 3, sign the “no smoking” disclaimer. The room smells like weed. Awful. I go to my meeting, come home to shower. Towel bar is falling off the wall and there is lots of pubic hair in the tub. Mildew on the ceiling. Urine down the side of the toilet. Night, Walls are thin, so I use a noisemaker to cover the neighbor noise.
Day two, come back to the room at 9:45. My key does not work. Surly individual at the front desk finally comes to the window, reprograms my key without a word of “sorry, kiss my butt,” nothing. Would not make eye contact at all. No maid service has happened. No fresh towels.
Day three: back to the room at 8:20. Lots of weed smoking going on. Key does not work again. Same surly desk clerk. Same attitude. Still no maid service. Someone puked in front of my a/c unit, so guess what smell is in my room tonight? I have to use the ice bucket to rinse the filth off and hope the smell goes away.
Summary, I will not be staying here again under any circumstances. If it were not non refundable I would have definitely left for a different place.

Area of hotel is a construction zone. Bed and TV were decent. Shower looked like you could fall through it, but the water pressure was excellent and I had a great sleep with no noise. Given that the hotel was at one of the lowest price points in Metro Atlanta, I was quite pleasantly surprised given my stays in similarly priced hotels
Dump is too good for this place...DIRTY, UNSAFE, DISGUSTING

Arrived to a construction zone. Dirt and machinery going non stop. Clerk at front desk was RUDE. Room was disgusting. Toilet running, blinds would not close and the door was so warped that there is easily a 1/4 of a inch of daylight around the bottom half of the door. Parking lot full of homeless people who appear to live here and just hang out in the parking lot. One cracked out lady wandering up and down the parking lot. I was walking my dogs and people were yelling off the upstair balcony asking how much they were worth. I was suppose to stay two nights but I cancelled the second night and will pay 3 times the price to be back at the LaQUINTA at the ATL airport. I am here for a dog show and I travel all the time (two weekends a month) and in all my years of traveling to dogs shows I have never stayed in a place that was such a huge dump and as unsafe as this place is. Bugs in room, sagging bed with cigarette burns in the bedding, running toilet, warped door, floors so dirty that walking on them instantly blackened feet, broken blinds and I am sure that there is much more but you get the idea. STAY AWAY !!!! What a disgrace to the Wyndham name. Cannot wait to get out of here in the morning. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN.
Abhorrent and inferior customer service

I booked this stay with hotels.com a few days before my trip. On the way to check-in, literally, as I was driving to the property, I received a call from a front desk staff named John. Rudely, I was told my room was cancelled and I needed to find another place to stay. The hotel overbooked and gave my room away. I was in Atlanta during a busy holiday weekend. John also rudely told me, he didn't know what I was going to do, but you can't stay here. I questioned my booking as it was guaranteed. I was not offered and options or help. This was infuriating as this was early evening and at the last minute I had to find another hotel. Once I arrived back from my trip. I called and asked for a manager. I spoke with Porcha, who said I needed to contact hotel.com for my refund as I was charged. Hotels. com "says" they never got ahold of the hotel. I also left a message for the hotel. I then contacted Days Inn customer service and they gave me a confrimation number and told me someone would contact me in regards to the unfortunate situation. I should have known, no one was going to contact me. This is the worst customer I've ever experience in my life. Please stay away from Days Inn Kennesaw, Ga. I will NOT stay at another Days Inn by Wyndham. I am disgusted by their service and lack of help to resolve this matter. STAY AWAY from this property.

I love the staff and the way they communicate and help out the people that stay here.just wish that the breakfast would hurry up and get back in order for people that work in the morning and they need to grab and go but other then that everything is excellent
