A Great Team Pulling Together for Customers in Difficult Times
I was attending the Historic race meeting at Brands Hatch in July. I had to make a number of changes to my booking due to Covid 19 restrictions and the reception staff were brilliant. Checked into a lovely clean room. The hotel was busy but dinner was excellent and service was prompt. It was great to see the reception staff helping out in the restaurant to maintain service. Even the Manager, Mandy (Hotel Manager) was there in the morning helping out with breakfast. Well done to all the staff. You will see me again.
A great team
I have stayed numerous times over the last 2 years in the Mercure, Dartford. The amenities including the gym are great for relaxation The hotel staff are all very welcoming and the front desk team of Juani and Mandy are are joy to deal with. Dont forget to enter your registration number to avoid parking problems !
A brilliant team
I have been multiple times in Mercure Dartford and I am always happy. Aurelia and the reception team are extremely friendly and they always welcome you and make you feel like home. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are big and they have a lovely decoration. During Covid-19, this lovely team did not loose their positivity and they do their best to offer the best quality of service.
Lockdown
Staying at this four star hotel if all amenities were available I think this is excellent hotel . However in this present times food good and rooms lovely. I will come back again when lockdown is over. Shops are a short walk from
Disappointing
Two rooms booked for two nights, rooms were okay although bathrooms are in desperate need of repairs. Waited an hour for someone to take just a drink order on the first night at the bar. Breakfast was a joke, £10 each. Spa looking very run down with shower fittings etc no longer attached to the wall.
