Came here oct 5 and me and my friend are staying long term and the employees are amazing Kiara is awesome and the rest of the front desk staff is awesome only been here a week and great people the rooms are accommodating

Stayed here while searching for a house. We spent over two months here due to the intense market. The building itself is clean, the rooms with kitchens are pleasant, the pond has frogs and ducks making it very nice to sit and relax in the evening, and the people who work here are exceptionally thoughtful and nice. All the folks here were great, but I want to especially shout out of thanks to Kieara.

Amazing staff! Very friendly, clean room. We love it here! We are close to a lot of family oriented stuff to do on the weekends! We are staying up here for work and wouldn’t choose anywhere different!

The staff is truly awesome!!! They are very customer focused and so pleasant! Obviously they understand what customer service is all about! Markiya was extremely helpful!!! She has a fabulous personality for the front line!!! My room was so bright, clean, and updated! I had a king room and it was very roomy. My floors were hardwood, which I prefer in hotels!!! The TV was large, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was a decent size. Also, the location is very good. Close to restaurants, malls, and the airport. I will definitely be back!

This is a very noisy hotel. There are children running around the halls and rooms upstairs way past 1 am, hoopdees driving through the parking lot with no regard for guests, the A/C is very loud. One woman was yelling at her kid from the second floor. This went on for half an hour. Most hotels have soundproofing. Not this one. The lobby smells like bleach and marijuana. The facilities are considerably worn including the luggage carts. One staff member working the counter was wearing a t shirt. When I complained about the noise, "Sarah" explained to me that "they" just got "home" and that the people above us actually "live" in the hotel. She had no knowledge of any noise ordinances or "Quiet Enjoyment " statutes in place and threatened to have us removed if we complained about the noise. Checked out a day early and that was just the beginning. There isn't much positive to say about this visit other than the parking lot and grounds were clean. $125 dollars a night. Let's be honest, folks. Stay somewhere else. Spend the extra $$
