Very friendly staff and great place to stay. I have stayed in a lot of hotels since Covid started and this is one of the few that hasn’t gone downhill. Great pool and bar by the pool. Also got our room cleaned everyday which is unusual anymore.

Beautiful room overlooking the ocean. Front desk was very nice. Quiet room and plenty of room. However, I lost my travel pillow which is sm dk grey cover. We looked everywhere in that room. We call again later that day to see if anyone saw it. We then went back the next day and still nothing was found. It was packed in our suitcases so what happened? They did not ask the people who were in there to see it had been found? Not Happy! I always stay at a Marriott property when I travel and have been a gold member for many years 1984. I will not be returning to this property in the future.

The staff was great - super friendly, nice, fast service. The hotel was clean, the pool was perfect - and the tiki bar was a great plus. Great experience overall. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in KEy West.

Our family was very impressed with the cleanliness of our room and the public areas at the hotel . Great pool. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very delicious and had a very nice variety. We would go back in a heartbeat !
High price to get a good humiliation

Thing was bearable as this is a tropical island, and it is ok if there is a few ants on your dresser or there is lukewarm water at low pressure. Most probably the same case is with other hotels. I pre-paid exuberant price for a one night - it was all ok because it was a last-minute thing. Check in was amazing because we were received by this great gentleman - Christian. He honored my titanium status without me stating a word, was simply courteous, friendly, and efficient. The next morning, I was faced by a nightmare - Kis. running after me as I was approaching the breakfast buffet. Just have someone stand and check. How else would I know? She searched her print out list questioning all along and hold me hostage. Where is the Marriott training? Simply ask for my last name and let me free as you take your time reading your list! Re-confirming a late check out was a negotiation process I never seen before. Although I did out of courtesy as I already had my confirmation. In the end I got 2:30PM but we were all frantically happy to leave at 11:27AM. Even if the price was 1/3 what I paid, having Kis there is still not worth the experience why pay and get agony and insult.
