Great Maintenance Employee (Marcel)

The maintenance service completed by Marcel at the DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton was fantastic. He was very humble, knowledgeable, and efficient with his expertise of hotel maintenance. Marcel conducted maintenance on the shower sink, fix the closet door and cabinet door, replace the AC filter, and replace the batteries on the electronic door all in a timely manner before his shift ended. This is great. Most people do not want to do nothing at the end of the shift. Except, Marcel, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. He even inspected the room for any more issues that needed to be fix. Thank you for hiring people like him that makes my stay a much better experience.

The Double Tree Resort by Hilton Key West is a jewel in the most southern location in the United States. We spent five nights there and couldn’t have been more pleased with everything from staff, accommodations, food and atmosphere. A special acknowledgement to the concierge (Austin) and the front desk person (Michelle). The pool area and its staff also need to be mentioned and recognized for excellence. Highly recommend this Hotel!!!

Staff was very friendly! Richard went out of his way to check in on us and make sure everything was perfect. Pool was nice and the shuttle service was a plus for us. I highly recommend this hotel for the price and amenities offered.

When I arrived back home and reviewed my credit card I was billed an additional $33.00 "resort fee" to which I was not aware of. The place and the staff are great however the cost per night is way over priced,,
