Roman is top notch!

While we weren’t able to actually stay due to a glitch on a third party booking app, the mere service and assistance given by Roman to help us find boarding makes this place top on my list to stay next time. He went above and beyond to help us, find places to eat, and get us settled at the new place down the block. Great customer service speaks volumes and Roman said it all. Thank you again sir.
Heron House uncovered

My wife and I stayed at this nice B&B and enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast was fine, though no cooked food. Clean rooms, cozy. The home is not new, so you will likely see some moderate wear and tear. But the main things are, it is quintessential Key West, and easily walkable to Duvall Street. With that said, I highly recommend renting bikes for your entire stay. Easton Bikes shop was close and very good. Oh, and parking. If you have a car, you shouldn't have any trouble parking near the B&B, but I do not think you should try to drive in and around KW. Park it once and done!

If I could give the bed and breakfast a higher then a 5 I would. It was fabulous, from the cleanliness of the rooms, the accessibility to the center of the island and the friendliness of the staff. Roman was the go to person for any activity you wised to do. He never steered us wrong. Also he went above and beyond to make our 50 anniversary special with fresh roses and pastries. I would recommend Herron house court for a must stay bed and breakfast. Loved it.
Don’t stay there

Don’t stay at the haron , noisy, broken down, allows drunks which yell outside at the pool from 10 pm to 2 am manager ignores all requests to stop the activity, beds are harder than rocks. bathroom lighting was broken asked for a light built, and our requests were ignored. I give a rating of minus 10. The breakfast is junk food. The hard boiled eggs ransid , the bread was moldy. At 200.00 a night and no support, from the managers, why would anyone stay here.
Walking distance to everything

Such an amazing place. The room we had was a suite (room 16). It was beautifully decorated and spacious. The first floor has french doors that lead out to a porch and a pool. It has a couple of love seats and a nice tv. It also has a private entrance that leads to a small porch and a side road. Upstairs is a comfy bed and plenty of storage for clothes. Closet with hangers. Decent size bathroom with shower. A door that leads out to a private sundeck. There are window units up and downstairs and we stayed plenty cool. They offer a nice breakfast..pancakes, pastries, boiled eggs, juice and coffee. These are sharing on actual plates and guests like to sit and eat at the table and get to know each other. Highly recommend!
